Hey snowwesters, I have two complete engine kits still left . Most likely this will be the last two I ever produce as the market is drying up. If somebody is interested let me know . The kit comes complete with head, mag housing, water rail, carb adapters, water pump pulley, new flywheel hub. I have either 12.5 or 13.5 compression .

Mulling over doing a 1050, anybody got anything gathering dust to let go for cheap? I've got cylinders lined up already from other previous endevours (sp?)....

Have a good core crank. Bad rod bearing.... $150 shipped to you in MT.
 
just puttun together another motor from the left over stuff I have layin around my shop, does anybody have a set of crank shop exhaust manifolds (bell style) layin around? figured id check with some fellow SWers first before getting them from CS.

also a union bay head shell? I have more domes than I know what to do with.

I also have a 68mm crank that needs a rod bearing, a hot seat mag housing and a port matched set of 3 81mm (700/1050) non ves cyls ready to go if anybody is interested in this stuff ill let it go cheap!

In the first page it mentions using a twin mag housing, is this mag recoil from a newer twin like 700 800
 
UBA BILLET PARTS BY INDY SPECIALTY

I have had alot of request over the years to build a 3 cylinder Billet Head for the watercraft motors.

Introducing - UBA Billet Parts By Indy Specialty.

Here's a prototype i just finsihed for a Full Mod 1200 with our proven High RPM combustion chamber.

Notice they are designed with non-dirrectional domes for easy installation, they also have more surface area and pull more heat out of the head into the cooling system
rather then just simply copying the Polaris twin head and adding a cylinder. The domes are also thicker, and the spark plugs don't spin loose.

The production heads are all black anodized and have the Indy Specialty Logo

We are also building a new MAG housing and reed adaptors, we build everything to put a watercraft motor on the snow.

Does anyone have any stock reeds? 600 HO or 900 I've ben told. I need a set. Could also use an 800 xcr cdi as well. Thanks

What kind of ignition map people use to 1200cc wc base, to standard 400cc polaris cylinder and Turbo condition. I need to know simple map, we not have here dyno where i can adjust to ignition map. Now map looks that.

I got cases. where is everyone getting their vforce reeds from? I need 4 new ones.

Efi system is megasquirt.
3 ignition controll
3 Bosch 1000cc/min ev14 injection
Innovate mtx-l lambda sensor/system

Helps also if somepady know Polaris 800cc (old motor) ignition curve. I see many wc motor driver use to Polaris rxl ignition curve but I think that is not to best way if you want to best horses and torgue to motor, and why? Because bigger piston needs more timing, and why? Fire moves only 1m/second I think.

I got a couple cherry cases on ebay. I won't need the reeds until summer so I will contact you then. Got pushed off until then.
