Conquer 280?

Polaris offers a 3" lug track (series 7) with 7T 3" pitch drivers stock, so the conquer being 2.8" should have more than enough clearance with 7T drivers.

The Axys pro rmk's that comes stock with 3" track and 3" pitch drivers have a droped chaincase. Or are you talking about adding 3"track and 3" drivers to a 2.6 belt drive or 2.6 chaincase sled?

You sure about that. I don't think that is correct.

^^^That is my question too. I just added boost so I want to update drivers along with anti stab kit, but was hoping that was it. I have the 2.6 which is unfortunately is bad shape so I going to give the 280 a rip.

Will the belt drive 163" be able to fit the camso 280 162" without rail cutting? Or is it necessary to go to the 165" ?
The adjuster slot on your sled is 3" long. If you adjuster is anywhere in the middle of the slot with the 163. You can easily move the adjuster ahead .5". Be sides the 163" track isn't exactly 163" long and neither is the 162.

remember that your driver size will increase too in belt drives so it might be very tight

Well I guess I'll find out, just ordered the Conquer 280 15"x162"x2.8" 3"pitch with center drive Avid drivers.

I measured the adjustment screw and it had slightly less than 1/2" of forward adjustment, around 7/16"... So, tight sounds like an understatement. Well see how close to 163" and how much the thinner single ply conquer stretches.

TKI has an offset axle that allows the 165" to be properly tensioned. I just received and installed my today. It's hard anodized and fits perfectly. As usual, a great quality piece from TKI.

Here was mine before:

And after, with the TKI offset axle installed:
