Bar forward.... Kincaid style

I've never looked close enough at the bottom end of the post to see what kind of bearing/bushing it has down there. Any binding by moving the top of the post forward?

Its just a ball & socket joint with a stud sticking off it, it doesn't bind. Its the same kind of socket as the old M series used to have...if your familiar with that. Its a whole different post it eliminates the adjustable riser, two hime joints, and the forward support is offset to accommodate the different post. I am waiting for a TCL delete from evo powersports before I button her up but you also need to relocate the servo motor as the new post goes directly past where it used to be riveted on. With the 3" kit there is some trimming of the airbox required if you are running a stock hood, maybe someone else can chime in on the airbox as I replaced the hood with a polycarbonate one from mountain fit so I didn't need to do any trimming

Thinking I am going to do the post forward kit on my new 2014 sno pro. All I need to buy is the horizontal steering post and the C3 post forward kit correct?
