For those who have been ripped off by this lowlifer, get togeather and file a small claims against him..if enough of you do it...the judge will see his true side..and will jail his ***....once you file a case you can ask the court to freeze assests, open bank records, subpeono company records...the list is endless, and its not hard to do...make his life as miserable as he has made yours....

Wow, I can't believe I read all this! Wait until he tries to steal in jail. This brings back memories of when I was in high school and let a guy "demo" a motorcycle ('72 Honda 175) for a couple days. He gave me $20 & a chainsaw as collateral. After a week of him avoiding my calls, sorry no texts as we still used rotary phones back then, I went by his house and left the chainsaw on his front steps and "stole" my bike back. Kept the $20 and never heard from him again.

when i have people that go off on me I cant handle it!
it makes me so sick I cant work at all...
I have to have someone handle it for me and that is my Lawyer.
so when Joey shaw went off on me on the phone all i could do is call my lawyer to handle it.
the police have been here More than one and were called by too for protection.
they photos of the police here were called by an ex girlfriend that had not paid her bill in full AND thought she could just get her sleds.
Joey shaw will get his money back and i am sorry that it went to him trying to kill my work.
I can give you many phone numbers of very happy customers that will not take there sleds any where Else.
As for Dave Lynn on the other snow talk. he was a friend the would not help a Friend in need..... so he is out to take me down too.
he has not paid his bill either.
I have 2 shop here in town that will now send there clutches and motor work to me...
I will let you all know more after I get some time to responed.
Joey shaw has used my own mod sled befor, and it had went out 5 time for customers the spend alot of money with me.
My 16 hr days our mostly setting up shop (had to pay someone else to move most of my shop, all my bolts and little parts our in boxes NOT MARKED. so only get 4 to 5 hrs work time on sleds.

Wow, I've been looking for crap like this to read all day! Makes me feel good about what medocre issues I deal with day to day.

After reading this thread completly I am sure this Gordon lived here in Boise for a short time. He ripped my brother-in-law off on a clutch. I had words with him over it. This was 6 years ago. He left town in the middle of the night.
You must have this guy confused with another poor business person. GRS has been in the Bend, OR area his entire life. The fact he just moved to a new location with an address that is "SLY" road should be a indicator of his intentions. L.A. PINES most likely did not have a road named "I AM A LOW LIFE DIRT BAG THIEF". When you post the invoice I will post canceled checks for the parts and your e-mail saying that you where not going to charge me for labor because you used my trailer to move YOURSELF. You used my trailer for aprox. 77 days hummmmm how much labor does that buy.
I will then post pictures of how you damaged my trailer in the move.
1. Cut wiring- I just had the trailer completely rewired
2. The hole on the inside wall drivers side. - I just redid the interior of the trailer when I had the wiring done
3. The gaudges you placed in my new floor of the trailer-- again just put in a new floor
4. Picture of Jasmines hood-- you broke her hood 2 cracks in it
5. A picture of Jasmine's hood hinge-- you broke.
6. Her sled ran fine and started easlily BEFORE you worked on it. now it doesn't start. HUmmmm great work

Anything short of that, and the "kindly" described above would be replaced with some sort of physical alteration on his part, possibly needing the expertise of a doctor to help remedy.....
Hmm, Gordon, simply from a dollars and sense thing dude, it seems that you would net more in the end by keeping the lawyer away (They probably bill at $150/hr where you are) and live up to your end of the bargain.
It seems to me that you have two options:
1. Do nothing, keep going on the same path
Result: You still lose in court. YOu will still owe these people their money + legal bills for each lawsuit. Just guessing here but billable dollars from a law firm, lets say 20 hours for each case = +- $3,000/caseX 3-4 cases so far.
2. Attempt to make things right
Result: You stay out of court (Saving $9,000-$12,000 so far), you pay these people their money/parts and save yourself a lot of grief from a public spectacle.
There is no third option here Gordon. These people are not going "away", infact, I suspect there will be more people who jump in and take legal action. If you think things are tough for you right now, fast forward your life about 6-9 months from now.
Bubba at the local county jail might just welcome you and train you in to be his shower "buddy"

At first we did tell him we were going to come to the shop to get a check....then he threatened to call the police, his attorney, etc. We kept quite for a long time about this until we heard we weren't the only ones being screwed by him.
Today was day 14 for our small claims with no response from Gordon, what a surprise! We will place a judgment against him next week. The DMV is investigating him selling my sled and not paying us within 10 days, not giving the new owner proper title paperwork within 30 days, not having a brokers license, not being insured and bonded....he will pay for all of this. I may not ever get my money, but I am sure that everyone will know what a low life Gordon is.
We have given him more than enough opportunities to do the right thing. The last time we called him, we asked him, "Gordon, what is your plan?" His response is that we would have paperwork from his attorney by the end of the week with a payment agreement for us to sign. (5 or 6 weeks ago) Never showed....and besides, I don't have to agree to **** with him. He is the one that SPENT MY money and kept my motor parts! He is a whiny little baby and deserves whatever comes his way. He will be thanking his cell mate, Bubba before long!!!
