He STOLE my sled. And I am not the Jerry Springer story. Simply a person who LOVES to ride, I guide snomo trips, I run the local Search & Rescue Snomo Team and am working to get on the local Avy Board of Directors to help educate Oregon Snowmobilers!! And to this day, Gordon has not paid me ONE CENT since he sold (stole) my sled on 1/2/11. I mean it, not one penny. He has given me one lie after another, he has lied to the courts, he lies to the Sheriff's - HE IS A LIAR!! He won't respond to me in any way because he says I threaten him and don't listen.

I just hope that anyone out there DOES NOT TRUST HIM!! He will rip you off. There are a lot of good, quality and honest mechanics in the Central Oregon area, there is no need to support this thief.

I would think since he stole your sled, this would not be a civil matter, but a criminal prosecution matter.

Any thoughts on that?

Well today, I finally heard from Gordon - first time in months. This is what he had to say about paying me back for my snowmobile he sold and pocketed the money, 1/2/11.

Stated on 3/23/12 - It's laughable, really:
"When I see a completed retraction on all web pages i will get you paid other wise I am starting a class action Judgment against you."

Ahahahah - look up Class Action Lawsuit/Judgement, Gordon! You and what army are going to sue me? Besides, the internet is open to FREE SPEECH. And you're the one doing the threatening!! bwahahahaha!!!

We'll never see a dime of what he owes - just want to make sure everyone knows to watch their backs.

Surprised he hasn't messed with the wrong guy yet. One of these days he is gonna end up taking a baseball bat to the knees.... That is, assuming he is still in business. I don't see how he could be after all this...
