If I read seller comments like that I'd probably just move on to the next truck and wouldn't give that one a second thought.

Comments like that don't sound genuine, really I wouldn't care about the shop or giving a left nut for it. Knowing that its garaged is nice. Didn't really get the three heads thing either, just tell me about the small crack and show it in the photos...if thats the ONLY thing wrong I'd be impressed and look more.

Disregarding the battle with the old man, I dont think that is an appropriate way to list a vehicle. Its one thing to talk like that with your buddies, but there is no place for it in a classified ad. Just say it has always been garage kept, and is in excellent condition, etc, etc. Show pictures of any damage and go from there. Just my 2c.

I would probably talk like that if I was talking with my buddies, but I don't know if I would write an ad in the way that you stated it as I think it would turn a few potential buyers off. However, it seems as though you've had many successful ebay auctions so I could be wrong. There are too many people who are trolling for a confrontation nowadays online.

thats the thing, when your selling something you know your the audience you are gonna get.. in this case, guys like us..(well, most of us, the others drive subarus or some chit..) but, it was nothing but a way to describe how well it was taken care of and the type of guy that owned it, a finatic.. i really cant see getting all butt hurt because of an explanation of something. if i want it, i buy it.. nothing anyone says to describe it is gonna stop me, especially something like that.. honestly still cant believe someone could get all side ways about that.. ebay didnt care so, must have been alright..

as far as the model goes, i was listing it for someone and she aint free so, we chose to do without.. but, SHE WILL BE BACK!!!

I would have to agree... What you wrote in your add doesn't offend me one bit, but when I read it it tends to make me want to move on to the next truck.... Sounds like you are one of those troll carsalesman that pounce on you in a used car lot...
