By the way I forgot to mention about halfway through the video you will see me trying to explain to TJ McCollum about how to get through the shoot. If you go to www.adn.com and click on the sports section and go to Alyeska Hillclimb motormadness photos and look at the hillclimb pictures you will see what happens when you don't listen to your elders.

It wasnt completly pump gas, he was running octane booster. Also, he barely got me, half a ski length as you can tell from the pic and mine was straight pump gas, and i had a tow hitch. lol
To bad the mods got jewed on the single elimination thing while the boring 6, 7, 800's all got double elim. Great time and tons of son. Had a blast and look forward to next year. Next year im getting that top spot though

That thing was fast . Give me another 200 feet or a lane that wasn't bare ice and I would've caught him .Good times

yea i saw ur truck sittin there nikolai and saw the track sittin next to ur seld and thought to my self.. nah no way be broke that in half he just got it.. that sucks man
i had motor problems on friday and manged to get a screw in my tire so i spent all day saturday tryin to get it fixed in anchorage missed all the fun

DON'T FORGET THERE WAS TWO 1150's
All in fun you would have to have beaten both joes and kevins in double eliminations ! And next year plan to see more two stroke turbos from the peninsula boys. It's great to see riders that like that kind of power! O also one of our riders down here has a timing system so we could get some early season drags possibly planned.

They screwed us with were they let us put the race track.. im with all the guys that run the drags, they wouldnt let us run them any were else... and we decided on double elimi's and then middle of the 800 class they told us we had to be done by 7:15 so we had to make the 1000 and unlimited class singles.. sorry guys... and i got screwed on both my runs in the 800 class.. should have had stud's, o well....
Special thanks to the guy that pulled spark plugs out of his motor for me since my buddy barrowed my sled and didnt leave me any plugs that were good..

So true, but they would of also had to beat me twice also!!! Joe sure was quick to jump on that far lane if you know what i mean, lol. If we were able to switch lanes i think there would of been a different outcome, the far lane was faster all day. Also, lets make the drags a 1k ft and see what happens.
It was funny when they asked if we wanted the course shorter or longer and all the two smokers raised their hand for shorter, scared maybe? lol
In all fairness though, those sleds were really fast and light, i tip my hat to joe on the win.

What an awesome weekend at Alyeska!!!
Got to hang out with friends, soak up some rays, and watch the races.
It was good times... "definitely" (except for Caleb's track)
It was great seeing some of the 4M members that I haven't seen in a while ~ and to meet others for the first time in person was pretty cool too. It seems that this was the grand finale for sleddin' events ... it was a blast but now I can't wait for next season

So many things to say. Isnt there already a couple 4 stroke huffers down on the peninsula who are ALWAYS trying to you the "peninsula" 2 stroke "legends" to drag race lmfao

If you are talking about racing across lost lake or neli juan on some of the day rides? Guy you should have rode with us on our last LL ride only a few trees got in the way! Yes the fourstrokes do have the speed on top! If you want you can grass drag my single piped m1000 600 ft any time !
