So for the Hill-X.. with a 600 mod what do I sign up for 0-600? I don't see a pro open class?

I am only sponsoring one sled down there in the races this year...(Johnny Wick don't roll my sled!) I don't need to wrap Remmy's or AKSNOWRIDERS around a tree. Yes...I know you guys can dig up pic's of me hugging some trees...at least they were my sleds
Dash, I have more excuses if I need them....right now my daughters 340 is to fast for me...
Randy Randall brought his super and turbo last year. He wanted me to race one but I couldn't so my buddy Mike used my gear and ran his super. Randy's Super did really good until his belt blew. That thing sounded like the motor went it was so loud! They are so fast he still coasted to the finish line.
Pretty cool action....Then Marty almost ended his life on Tim's hot rod when the A-arm (or what ever) broke
Dont miss it this year if you are thinking of coming down! You wont miss HYFLYR ether....he will be the little guy trying to see over the hood

Oh, I could have had a sled, but none that's idiot-proof, and one broken machine was plenty enought to keep me and my husband (who DID NOT plan on working on anything!) busy for 6 days..... So leaving him home while he works on my sled and me doing to party (ehm, ride) for 6 days really was not an option...

Man, that weather was something else. My damn sunglass tan had just started to go away from the Valdez trip. i am all red again lol.
Nice seeing all you 4m guys (and gal) again. I had a blast. Maybe next yr I might get to the middle of the field and not the bottom (or close to the end) of the list LOL. But hey what can I say, this is only my second event ever

What is this site coming too? I keep coming back here looking for some updates from Alyeska since I had to work yesterday and there is nothing. But Adn has the results on their site of all places! Oh yea, I wouldn't have even looked there with their non coverage of motorsports events except someone from Minnesota posted the link in the general section of snowest!

Great event yesterday with all the sun and snow. First hill climb I have done at Alyeska in a few years and the first time running up the race trail. Surprised to learn at the drivers meeting that we were running 2 runs. Messed up the first run in the shoot and DN'd but made it the second one. Just happy to have made it to the top even though I was 27 seconds off the winner. Not bad for someone who is going to be 55 years old in a couple of months. Maybe next time they will take pitty on me and spot me a few seconds. I think that I am going to give AARP a call and see if they will sponcer me next year.

Good for you Glacier Rider! Good luck with that sponshurship! Maybe AI can get one for next year as well. I would suggest a vet class, but some of the fastest are getting old enough to run vet as well. Glad you had a good time.
Now is this cool or what? My brother inlaw surprised me with a video he put together from pictures and movie my sister took of me at the hillclimb yesterday. As you might have guessed by the music I didn't make it the first run but got over on the second. Hope you like it.
