AirPlane on a Teardmill and Mythbusters

That has to be one of the most funny things i have seen. I just saw the ad on discovery and had to see if anyone posted anything about it yet. My vote....its gonna fly.
Was watching Mythbusters last night and it was announced that the long awaited Air Plane on the tread mill myth will be next week on Wednesday.
Finally there will be an answer. LOL

That is some funny chit! And yes it will fly, you can take off going up stream in a river cant you. (on floats doomas)
Of course you can take off from a float plane... the thrust overcomes the reverse flow of the water.. In the scenario we are talking about, the treadmill increases speed as the plane does...It doesn't make any forward progress..NOW, if you can put some speed bumps into the treadmill & get the plane hopping...it just might fly..eventually.
