AirPlane on a Teardmill and Mythbusters

I'd like to know how long this freakin converyor belt is!

oh.. no one told you??? its really 3 conveyor belts.. 2 for th erear wheels and 1 for the front...

THE THING IS,IT DONT MATTER!! THE CONVEYOR BELT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!! THE PLANES ENGINES ARE SEPERATE FROM THE WHEELS.. THE WHEELS DONT POWER THE PLANE! THE ENGINES (PROPS/JETS) DO!! THEY ARE PROPELLING AIR!!

I realize the conveyor had nothing to do with the plane moving forward and taking off. But for the record...it did matter how long the conveyor belt was. If it wasn't long enough, the plane would have accelerated off the end of it and onto firm, stationary ground, before it lifted off. This was the basis of my original comment. Unfortunately, you never thought it through and missed it, and were bold enough to make a comment proving as much.

Hows dinner boys? :p

Snowest has sent me a bill for the bandwidth this has used over the two forums - I apologize for the grief this has caused people. I beleive all of the people who have said it wont fly should send me cash to help offset this incurred debt.
Thank you
