advantages of IQR chassis

For those of you who have converted... what are some of the advantages of switching to the IQR chassis? Do they weigh less? I assume they're stronger? Better riding position?

I love the looks, and the way people talk about them makes me want to take on a summer project. Just not sure if it's worth all the time and money. I'm riding an '09 Assault at the moment but may be getting rid of it pending Polaris decision on the tweaked bulkhead. I ride hard, and like to jump, but I would have to put at least a 144 on the IQR for where we ride.

X2

They are stronger, lighter, more forgiving, float better, steer better, jump better, more nimble and just a whole lot more fun to ride. I have an 800 big block with a 144 and a T600 Raw chassis with a ezryde and holz front end tri city bumper fabcraft bars the works and I would rather have the motor and turbo in the IQR. In fact that may be the project for the summer. I think it would be the most awesome sled made. I would give just about anything to get polaris to make a mtn chassis out of the IQR. But now that they have the rush that will never happen. Well this is my opinion for what its worth and again this is from someone who owns both.

Happy is right in every way except maybe on the floatation. Mine is only a 141", but it does everything I want it to and then some. Stupid Strong Chassi, incredible balance, it makes me look like a great rider..

Iqr

I have been working with this chassis since it was developed, all aspects of the chassis are better then the RAW, although it can be time consuming and expensive to build one properly, it is worth it if you like to ride extreme conditions, no chassis feels more forgiving then the IQR.
Maybe the new Rush will include some of the positive features of the IQR????

I will either build or buy a converted IQR for my next sled! Nothing Sweeter IMO

I'm all for them too, but I wanna ride one first to be sure.

Scott... why dont you buy Brads 700 IQRT?

Have you guys compared a fully modded Dragon vs. IQR. Basically 90% of these IQRs are full mods, and its tough to compare stock to a full on mod w/ all the goodies... its like comparing apples to oranges..

Like I said.. I have an 07 Raw T600 with holz front end, avids, ez ryde, camo mav extreme, fabcraft bars, vents up the wazoo, some billet bling VS 05 IQR brads spindles brads plate, stupid sidehiller 2s, 800 big block, van amburg extension, tracks usa rail xtension, 2" poo 144 track big tank, everything else stock and I prefer my IQR..
I would really prefer it with my turbo and ezryde. BUt I still ride the turbo the most.. You just cant beat big HP!!!

guess, I should read the fine print a little closer....

Just my opinion, but I find it hard to believe that if you have two equally modded IQR and Dragon... that the IQR would win hands down. I say two equally modded because, like I said, seems like the IQRs need alot of goodies to get them to work properly. I love my "Dragon", if the IQR is better... WOW!

I need to get my leg over one of these. I thought Twister and I were going riding with Brad a couple weeks ago, but it never happened....
