Adjustable transfer rods

Does anybody have expeirence with bender or maxx perf adjustable transfer rods or mountain perf transfer enhancement kit? What performs better the rods or the straps? Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks

i had the bender set and they were awesome on my srx. super good quality, easy to adjust and dial in plus they look pretty. what sled are they going on? the strap kit might work better i'm not sure as the bender rods will just pull up the rear of your of your skid allowing vitually an infinte amount of weight transfer while the strap limits the amount that your skid will transfer.

straps

I have both the MPI straps and the adjustable rods, I will put it this way the straps are on the sled and the rods are on a shelf in the shop
so i have some rods i can sell you:D

I put the straps on my ex-wifes sled. Best mod I ever did to her mmax other than putting a 151 polaris series iv track under it. Awesome sled after that. so with the straps. Like was said above, I know others that went with the adjustable rods first, then went to the straps.

MPI transfer kit

I put the MPI transfer enhancement kit on my 2000 mm 700 and it improved ski lift and transfer by a lot you will notice the difference just bolt on the setting where the straps have the less slack for more transfer.

With the MPI kit did you guys have any problems with the track becoming loose when the weight transfered. I heard some guys say there track would slip with one of these kits

I never had track slip issues but i also am running anti-ratchet drivers. The strap kit works great, my old 00 mm will carry the skis now. Probably best mod besides a longer track and pipes. if you are serious about mtn. riding i'd look into extending the track too. but to answer the question i'd go with the straps :)

No ratcheting problems at all with a 151 poo track. It will ride and handle totally different. You will have to do some adjusting on the springs in the rear since they are now uncoupled from each other. It will be WAY too soft in the tail. Normally, as the suspension compresses, the two shocks and springs become one. Now with the rods gone, it is all on the rear shock as you compress the tail end. You can pretty much get away with leaving the front shock spring where it is now. The rear shock spring will have to be turned alot stiffer to have the same ride quality that you do now. Even turning the spring stiffer, You will carry the skis 6-12" off the ground anytime you are on the throttle hard, but still not a wheeelie moster. You will love it. The big thing is when jumping over creek beds and holes, you can now get the front end to come up when you need it to.
