Does anyone know if you can just buy the plastic dog bone rod for the adjustable limiter strap on a 2023 expert? I can not find a part number for it, mine has broke some how. Thanks

your dealer may be able to hook you up if it’s something you can’t order on your own.

Yes you can, I just had to order one as well. I've never touched the adjustable strap and some how that part is missing on mine. If your stuck for a part number PM me, I pick mine up in 2 weeks , it is
$20usd

Looking for a part number for the rod from the handle to the cam on the Gen 5 2023-25. Not listed in parts page or part detail for accessory kit. Want you to buy the whole crank handle....

Used to be 503194147 for the Gen 4. Wondering if anyone else had any luck finding this.
Thanks for looking.

I still have not found the part number either, you are correct on the number that is in this post about being for the gen 4. It is to short for the gen 5.

they are not listing that palstic arm as a separate piece in the parts fiche. it looks like they are making you buy the whole handle assembly for $120 to get that arm.
part #503196371

I ordered it got it the other day compared it to my 2023 Summit X Expert Turbo 175 and as already posted it is too short. I had to order the replacement handle assembly to get the rod. I have not received that part yet

I have a quick question if anyone knows the answer. That little plastic dog bone..........is there a method for it's installation?? Myself and 2 other buds have had the skids out as we put aftermarket suspension in them. When putting it back together that plastic housing the dog bone goes into seems like it is spring loaded?? I am not sure if that arm has to be clocked a certain way with the cam housing when assembling them back together and I can't seem to find any information online about it. Thanks in advance for any help.............Dave

I found what I was looking for.............the dog bone has an oreintation and I found a further explanation on Snowest that talked about that housing being spring loaded so that when moving from long to short position it stores that energy until the front track shock is compressed and then it will cam over to the short posistion on the strap. I just had to dig a little deeper. Alwyas learning..........have a Merry Christmas and Fun and Safe New Years to anyone that comes across this..........Cheers!

If I remember right it would only go in one way, then I rotated the adjuster around to where I could get the cotter key back in.

the end of the arm that goes toward the skid can only go in one way since the end is square with one rounded corner.

You guys are absolutely right. It is a bit of a pain but I found taking out the cotter pin and putting the square side in first then rotating the lever to get the cotter pin back in........not horrible but laying on the floor wrenching sucks as I get older haha. I need a sled lift! Thanks for all the replys and help I appreciate it!

I've heard the part 503196744 is supposed to be available by itself for this year. May take a while for it to be in stock at the warehouse tho and website updated.
