3" lug Camo extreme.

3" track cutting

What material are the cross bars made of? Or is it solid rubber all the way?
Going to make The 3" fit on a IQR.

are you just hit'n crap with it, like logs, rocks & stumps? i have a tnytro and 1600 miles on a camo 2.5 and the track looks great.
i'm wanting to up grade to 174 for next year and i really want to try the 3incher
Both of these sleds were brand new, fresh out of CR's trailer, parked next to the lake. 10 minutes later, while dialing these sleds, we noticed missing paddles on both. So no, nothing was hit.

3" camo

There are 6 of these tracks in our area. The highest mileage is 1200. No one has had any problems. Maybe they were bad at the factory.

Flip the track inside out and cut it on a table saw. Use a good carbide blade and move slow and you'll be fine. Stinks but works great!

That, and spray a little WD-40 as you go, helps keep the blade from binding....and smells even better!

3" x 162 or 2.5" x 174"

Thanks for the replys & tips on cutting a track. Doesn't sound like a problem as long as a cut track stands up. Also looking at running 174 x2.5" exterme. The lenght will help a little with keeping the back end from washing out & side hilling at up hill angles. Don't have any issues with a 162" but a 174" is another big jump & concerned about handling.

I've ran a "3 inch camo extreme all season on a boosted apex and it has worked flawless. It has over a 1000 miles on it and is still in perfect condtion. All in all it has been a very good track.

I ran a cut down track on my old firecat (159"x13.5") and it held up well. rode 2 seasons on it and it looked pretty much the same when I sold it. it did have my usual few lugs missing as I see trees and rocks as traction!! but the sides were still good.:beer;
