2025 Boost Flash-- Calibration 4083001 can be retro flashed to 22-25 Boosts

Anyone know what the improved turbo seal for 2025 boosts refers to? Does this have to do with the updated 2025 map or is it an actual part that is new? See the improvements list below circled in red. Called my dealership and they had no idea what this referred to.
I thought it was an internal oil seal inside the turbo.

I called Eric at Carls Cycle about getting the 2025 mapping on my Ez Lynk. He got my EZ Lynk setup with the Polaris 2025 mapping. Cost $80. Eric will walk you though the process which is pretty easy. Note: You will need the Ez Lynk power up cord to power up your ECU without starting the machine. Then you’ll recalibrate your Exhaust Valves and Wastegate.
I rode with a few guys yesterday who had '25 boosts and noticed you could hear their turbos flutter way more than my '24 boost with a recent map update to the '25 map. I'm wondering if my sled isn't running as well as the 25s. Does the dealer have to do the wastegate relearn when they update the ECU or does that happen automatically with the update? I don't really care if my sled sounds like the '25 or not, just want to figure out if its running at its best or not and why there would be such a difference in sound between a 24 and 25
