That is a question for Silber-- I have no idea what parameters they are changing with their tune and how it will affect their reflashes.
I just don't want to give you bad information.

It took me calls to 3 different dealers, all told me “no” they couldn’t flash my 24’ with the 25’ tune. Totally frustrating. Finally I was able to get through to the service manager where I bought my sled, he listened to my explanation of how Murph explained how to do it in DW. He said he’d look into it. He called me a few hours later saying that he could flash my 24’ with the 25’tune. Said he wondered why Polaris hasn’t sent out a bulletin to dealers about this.
That is weird. My dealer flashed my 24’ with the 25’ tune no problem

The new 2025 BOOST flash works really well. Better throttle response off the bottom and rips throughout the rpm range.

Calibration number 4083001 in Digital Wrench. This can be installed in 2022-2025 BOOST sleds
Does this flash remove the option to select 91 non eth fuel on the 7s?

Let us know how to get the upgrade I have the ez lynk
Call or email Eric, and he will get you set up. Cost 80 bucks and you just add him as a technician on the auto agent app and he will send you the new map to download. Took all of 10 minutes so far get the map onto my phone but I haven't hooked the sled up and flashed it onto the ecu yet.

Got by 25’ flash in my 24’ boost last Friday. Ride 2 consecutive days after. It as big a change as I thought (or had been told) there would be. It is smoother throughout the rpm range. On/off throttle response is better. No noticeable change in top end.

My '25 khaos boost absolutely rips from bottom to top. I was out in Wyoming with it in about 2-4ft of fresh depending on where I was at and just ran great. Was out of breakin mode around 240 miles, zero plugs fouled, new boards have a lot less snow built up on them compared to the other older matryx chassis in the group. Throttle worked great, no snow or ice build up and best of all......ZERO bogging issues!! Sled is completely stock, no aftermarket can or aftermarket intake venting and it didn't bog once. Vents were covered many times and I thought oh its going to bog for sure and nope, didn't happen. Also, no P22 clutch issues but I do retorque after every ride. First couple days clutch bolt moved I'd say maybe a just shy of a 1/4 turn but third through fifth day bolt didn't move much on the retorque. My 2024 broke the clutch bolt around 300 miles. Very happy with my 2025 so far
