It doesn't have anything to do with flash other than it was 22 against 23. I just assumed the 23 came with the 23 flash. Buddy said it was running good. My other buddy with 22 didn't ride it. It was later in week when 23 acted up. I've had a motor that was scored from the factory and wouldn't have known but it was tore down and getting ported. It is the only 23 boost I've been around.
22 is going down the road for a 24 kaos boost 155. I still don't think they have got his stuff for recall and he doesn't care. He goes wherever he wants.
