2023 boost bogs when you give WOT from a stop.

That's a well known and simple fix. What else makes them junk?
My 2023 had fuel pump work done, a new secondary clutch, new turbo oil pump, new aux injectors/harness, new frp sensor, hand tight QD bolts, and a new primary spring all in the first couple hundred miles. I think there were more updates done but I can’t keep track anymore.

On a positive note it seems great now. I wouldn’t be afraid of one now that I know what I know… but overall my 2023 left alot to be desired from the factory.

Realistically though a guy can buy a 23 at a good discount… look over a few things, maybe spend a few hundred bucks and have a great sled.

I have a 2023 Boost, and I just installed a CNS clutch kit. This weekend was the first ride with the clutch kit and I have developed a unpredictable bog. The sled is pulling 8100 to 8250 rpm(wanting to target 8400). But the is some instances when I hit the throttle from a stop to WOT. It bogs out and I have to either blip the throttle or completely stop and start again. All updates have been done to the sled as far as recalls and 24 flash, wiring harness and all the other updates. I am trying to decide if this is a over rev bog from the new clutching or if it could be anything else. Hoping someone had similar issue and could point me in the right direction.
Thanks
I purchased a new 23” boost 850. For 750 miles I had the worst bog issue. It would rip right away but if I let off the throttle then got back on it it would bog. Even when my sled would initially run wide open I was getting 8150-8200 max rpm. (Typical non aspirated 850 rpm’s). Tried everything from cans-plugs-intake bypass boot etc. finally the bog got so bad I took it into the shop. I was hesitant because it was out of warranty. They started by reflashing the ECU to 2025. And adjusted the power valves. I got it back and it ripped first pull like never before. After two or three good pulls it went into limp bad but didn’t throw a code. Then never got back out of a bog. Took it back in. I cracked a reed pedal. My dealer contacted Polaris. They sent the new reed which were made by moto tassinari. They installed these and new plugs. My sled absolutely rips now. Pulls 8550-8600 consistently and runs clean. My sled was out of warranty for a full year and Polaris payed for everything because they know of this screw up. My sled was in the dealership twice and I didn’t spend a dollar. IN CONCLUSION. Take your sled in and get it reflashed and 2024-25 reeds. It fix the bog.

Are you saying the reeds for my24-25 are different from my23?

Interesting, my 23’ has had a bog since new and I now have 700km on it with the new 25’ flash and it’s still bogging as of my last ride, took it back to dealer and they said it was in ethanol mode even though I checked that prior to the ride. I’ll try it again this weekend and see if the saga continues and if so see if they’ll check my reeds.

Ethanol vs. non-ethanol mode should not make your sled bog.

The dealers love the “are you running ethanol fuel” scheme to delegate any issues. From my experience, yes it is your power valves that need adjusted or your reed pedals. This is only if you can confirm everything else in your intake system and exhaust system is properly functioning. A lot of things can cause a bog. But if everything is aligned, good fitment, and functioning. The internal issue is your reeds.
