Well dropped it off at the dealer today, hopefully they can troubleshoot the issue, as boy is it sketchy when riding in tighter trees.
23 boost hanging throttle

Well as of today, looks like my sled is getting a reflash, hopefully fixes the issue. That said, they managed to somehow burn up my belt(they are replacing it), now i gotta look over my clutches before i take it back. I know what they did, but its kinda silly, trying to produce the problem on the stand under brake load is no method i recommend lol. But again, they are good for the new belt, as long as the problem is fixed, and my clutches arent messed up, ill be pretty happy.
My 23 boost had exact same hanging throttle feeling when letting off the throttle it would slow to about 5 mph and just keep chugging along for about 10 seconds or so until finally stopping, was also at low elevation in UP for break in ride before first trip out west. Dealer relearned the waste gate and I believe updated the tune and was good after.

My wife’s 23’ 850 na does the same thing. 115 miles on the sled. Only at sea level though. Runs with no issues at 10k feet. Occasionally it will throw an engine light. Attached is the code EV actuator position low in closed position. I have done 2 EV- relearns. Next step is to take the assembly apart and check the valves and cable. Possible faulty actuator.

Chasing the same issue as well as a bog at low altitude once the motor is heat soaked. Was told by a tech today that at low altitude the hanging idle is what it is. He also stated that the Boost will pull back power before the overheat warning comes on and that may be my bog. I have never heard of that. A warning before a warning. I call BS. Anyone?

I got my sled back yesterday, will be testing tomorrow. It got an ev relearn, and a reflash to updated tuning.

My 22 & 23 boosts both restricted throttle around 75celcius. Only lets the sled go to something like 5000rpm. Once it gets around 85c it basically shuts down.
Well, follow up: throttle no longer hangs AS severely, its got a very short pause at 5500 rpm on the dot. Its much improved and i dont think will make any real problems. I might try and follow up with my dealer next week. My weird thing is, the throttle down low is kinda strange. If you give it a little throttle, it almost has a low throttle surge down low, probably right around that 5500 rpm range. Its weird, something happens at that rpm and im not sure what it is. As i said before, this was a significant improvement in my experience, just gotta sort things out now. I did find out, that these sleds run hot, way hotter than i figured, even scratchers down i still got hot enough to get a warning on my sled trying to break in the belt even with some looseish snow.
Do you have the new reversible scratchers? They work great keeping my sleds cool.
Ive got the old style ones, i think its the 24's that got the newer style ones factory right?
Yes, cheap upgrade. They have been a game changer on my wife’s sled. She tends to put around too much.
