Id like to see a dealer in my area try that stunt, legally its impossible. It would be cut and dry. ”you can’t have your sled”… “ok, im calling the sheriff“ … Sheriff asks if i owe the dealer money… “you can have your sled“ …. My stuff, not the dealers. Polaris wont say much as they don’t need any negative press. They warned us not to ride them… that’s there way out of all of this.As I understand it - if your sled goes in for any reason- they are holding onto it. Seems like theft tbh.
The fact that this has been a problem for 6 years and they have the gall to issue a stop ride prior to a fix is infuriating. For 30 sleds out of 300k
