...and it was snowing so hard by 2:30 we called it a day

Trip 2 on my new pro in the Snowies! Asphalt/ditch ride from gate to outhouse hillclimb (Lake Marie), but the meadows right off the highway once you get on top have ~30 inches. Started snowing on us up there around 4:30-5:00 up there this evening and hasn't stopped. 3 fresh inches in Laramie and still coming down. Guess I am going to have to take the girlfriend up Saturday before the football game to push her into an upgrade!

Is there a web site that has the groomer schedule? I want to plan a couple night rides on nice groomed trails.
I think they don't start grooming till Dec. 15th, but don't hold me on that. Wyoming 130 is closed.
I think it is more a function of where the groomers are "based" (where they park them and fuel them) then anything. The trails back and forth to "home" get groomed more often. I.E. - Years ago when Ray groomed out of his place off of T trail - the trails around there were always nice since he went in and out of there each night he groomed.
I don't think they have a cat/groomer that is run out of the west side - someone please correct me if I am wrong.

This is manmade, we fired up the guns 11-1.
Put 35 miles on today, Sand Lake Rd. Much more snow on the north/west areas. New sled ran great! I measured 105cm (~42") of snow in several places in a little field I played in. There was 14" of fresh, a little over 12" of older snow, and about 12" of firm base but the depth varies widely as you move around.
Put on another 50 miles today. Loading up afterwards I thought a tree might fall on me.. I do have photos, cause I'm too out of shape to ride without a break (too much of this 
in my life). Definitely had to be careful, but with the clearer skies I was a little more daring today. Dug a quick pit to see what the snowpack looks like so far, total depth in that photo was 80cm, just north of Sand Lake about 1/2 mile. There are lot's of bare spots (roads, open areas) but there's enough if you look for it and are careful.
