2012 PRO 800 Bogging

We'll this is what I did tonight, after a lot of reading in the repair manual and thinking about what mine was doing, it feels like the exhaust valves are not opening and holding the engine back and watching some vids in this thread I took the exhaust valve solenoid apart, very full of gray crap, I will try and do some testing tomorrow, I think what is happening on mine is the EV solenoid is possibly hydro-locking (so to speak) with crap and not closing right away to force enough cylinder pressure to the bellows to force the EV's open. I checked all of the hose's that feed the exhaust system and they are clear and open. U

One question for everyone that is having this issue: are you using the stock black vent hose off of the solenoid or did you put a longer one on like I did that exits down by the chain case to keep the belly pan cleaner?

Sorry for the length of the post!

We'll that wasn't it, ^^^^^^

It actually seems like it is worse, I wonder if the solenoid isn't bad?
I have a TSS coming tomorrow, we'll see what happens then!

Me again, I got a solenoid off of a 12 down at the dealer to day put it on and it ran perfect, put my solenoid back on and it ran like crap!

I think mine is fixed!

just hit 200 miles on my 2015 Pro 800 and yep after about 15-20 minutes of hard riding the check engine light flashes and bogging ensues. let the machine sit to cool down for about 10 minutes and then i can ride another 15-20 minutes hard before bogging starts again.....Took it to the dealer and it is throwing two different codes.

1. Wide open Throttle code
2. mag open circuit injector fuel injector.

any info would be appreciated so the dealer doesnt start jerkin me around. new sled is under warranty, but i have snow to go make tracks in and dont want to keep bringing it back in for this damn thing. Im half tempted to ride it but i dont want it to go to limp mode and not come back out. thanks for any assistance.
