2012/13 Togwotee snow conditions

What he said. Premium on the hill. Little more expensive than in town but you're not gonna save a bunch having to deal with a bunch of gas cans

Thanks guys, that is what I am thinking to. Wanted to make sure there was gas up there. Just bring 1 jug of race gas for mixing....

We stay in a house rented near Crooked Creek every year and love it . The Crooked Creek Lodge is a great place, you can also head over to the Line Shack, when they open. Usually have no problem finding great powder around this area, lot less areas tracked up than the tog area, although we do make a trip to that area at least once each time we are there.

59 days until we leave!

yeah its good..from Saturday

Was there again today. Snow is setting up. It's still good to great in places There is definitely spots that have deeper snow. You can still find places where nobody has been yet. The main areas are really getting tracked up. A ton of people are up there this weekend. Hopefully the weather man is right and we get fresh snow every day for a while.
DC.

Rode out of TML for 3 days and the snow was great for early season. We rode with a guide from there named Lefty. He was great and we couldn't be happier. We will definately be using him again this year.

just a question...can you ride out of dubois or not?
Nope you can't ride from town. They rarely have any snow it's weird when you get that close to the mountain but, you have to be at 8,000+ to find enough snow usually. You only have to drive about 15 minutes from town to be in snow but, Dubois is at about 6,000ft.
