thanks for all the updates cory!

even though my riding season is over, still enjoy checking the updates and look forward to your updates next season as well.

Keep the pics and updates coming Corey. We are more than likely done, would be different if it was right out our door like you ya lucky dog!! But it is still nice to see. Probably take a trip over the top on the bike this summer and come see you guys then!! :face-icon-small-hap

Visitors today

8 stopped in for beer or food...another 5 just drove right on thru...but waived at me. Warm today...no wind....they said they found snow in tree's top get stuck in. Creek"s are starting to open up so be careful if you come up. They found my marked crossing over Medicine Wheel Road. I went out for a couple hours after dinner and it was sticky for sure. Still have not hit anything yet and have now put just over 2,000 miles on sled since getting it earlier this year. Time for a service!!

Great Day

Here are a couple Panoramic Views from the Radar Tower this morning. Not a bad ride. Should have done it sooner in the season but then I wouldn't of had this sunny view. The last photo I'm calling..."Snow Faithful"

2000mi and no collision is good:face-icon-small-hap Way better than the day we were up there in Dec....seems so long ago

Sled finally gave up

Guess I spoke too soon yesterday...sled gave out in driveway last night...Not sure this is suppose to be loose and hanging out to the side. Not sure how to do a temp fix so I can get it onto a trailer....any ideas?

I'll hear from WYDOT this evening about 14a...they are past FR13 on this side and almost to FR14.

trailer

Hopefully you practiced riding on 1 ski this winter:juggle: Looks like you tore some bulkhead off on that one bolt.

Sled and Hwy

I did practice but only on the left side..broken side...lol

14a is plowed to Sheridan county line and it looks like the Lovell guys will continue on towards Burgess Jct. Burgess Jct side is only to Hunt Mtn road and due to mechanical problems they have stopped. Still looks like hwy will be open by Memorial weekend. I'll keep you updated.

Want to trade?

I need an ATV and a ranger or side by side...used and in working order. Can trade out rooms or cabins for value of machines. Hunters maybe interested in a cabin for a few weeks? Contact me by PM or at the lodge. 307-529-0914

Winter is over

Winter walls coming down, grounds melting and drying off fast, road to us should be cleared by wed. (highway still not open till 24th or so) Thanks all very much for supporting us this season and being our friends...hope to see you next season.

That's a sad sight!!! :face-icon-small-sad Thank you and Dawnie for your hospitality this winter, and all the snow updates. You guys are doing a great job, especially considering the limited resources that come with being cut off from the world through the winter!!! If I don't make it up there on 2 wheels this summer, we will definately see you when the snow falls again!! :face-icon-small-hap

Hwy 14a opening

They will be opening the hwy Monday at noon. FR13 and our driveway were taken care of today and should be dry by then.

Corey

Not enough snow....yet

Woke up to 25-30mph winds.....inch of very heavy wet snow......dark clouds on horizon....snowing off and on......not enough for snowmobile....hope the atv makes it to the parking area....at least the road should be open by 1200 so I can drive the truck back to the lodge.....

Thanks for all the information on snow and weather conditions! We are looking forward to seeing you again next winter.

Spring storm

Well, you all said we'd get them.....4 inches since 5 am.

Still coming down. Very wet and heavy.

Only called for 1/2 inch today and 2-4" tonight....hmmmm if 1/2 inch = 4+ then 2-4 inches = ?????

Glad I still have 1 snowmobile to ride up here.
