2011/12 Snowy Range snow conditions

if your were talking about motor that locked up last year in grand lake so yeah I got a new indy dan bottom end in it or I did bent a trailing arm by hit a rock in grand lake too.

Bent trailing arm, yes. Hope not to bad. Never had a sled with trailing arms, but we have one of the guys in our group who broke one last year in the black hills and used a ratchet strap to hold it together and get it back to trailer.

Rode the far south today... the snow was 6 inches to bumper deep. Found a trail or two that hadnt been abused yet which caused a couple stucks!! Going up tomorrow in search of the "DEEP" snow in which we have heard about!

planning on a quick trip out to centennial next week, usually stay in albany or in laramie, but got rooms in centennial. My question is do you trailer down everynight and get gas in centennial?

Will be heading west tomorrow. Any update on snow? Staying at Mountain Meadow Cabins. Thanks!!

My brother in laws rode with a group on Sunday and said it was awesome. The powder snow was on the sticky side, which should be settle into the base and not blow away (what we need). It looks like a chance of snow off and on for the next week, so you should have some good riding.

Thanks, first time out and just looking to have some fun. Only have the crossfire with 1.5 lug, so don't need anything crazy. Have all my avy stuff and went through Duffy's class. Probably have to snow check a new sled when I get back:face-icon-small-ton Maybe a pc 800 or 1100t:face-icon-small-sho

I rode yesterday, it's still very good and it's been snowing all morning here, the mountain appears to be getting it also.
Get the PC8(nice sled), better yet, get a Pro!:D:D:D

We're hitting the bricks from northeast Nebraska on Friday about 5:00pm. Staying in Albany if anyone wants to catch up for a drink or 12 Saturday or Sunday nights.
