2010 Forum Ride Ideas?????????

I think we're on to something. Maybell is close enough to Utah and Wyoming we could have the first ever tri-state forum ride!

I am ignorant, what type of riding, snow ?

Well, it's only the first week of July and I'm already thinking snow so I figured I'd drag the rest of you down with me

Anyway With last years ride being such a huge success I figured the 8 months of planning contributed to that in a big way by giving everyone plenty of time to pencil it in, get donations, etc. So I figured what the heck lets start kicking around some ideas for the 2010 ride.

So let's hear some ideas for location.

Date??? It seems like the President's Day weekend worked well for everyone last year. That'd probably be my first choice, but lets hear what everyone has to say.

Any other ideas?

I hope I'm not stomping on anyone's toes by trying to get this rolling for this year but I just figured it'd be a good time to start talking about it. And yes I am willing to pitch in anyway possible.

I dunno but wherever it is I'm not missing it this year.

already been done...last year it was a CO/UT/CA cross country forum rep ride..it was a gooder too.....9 days of straight sledding I will never forget!

How about the Taylor Reservoir area? May not be the deepest snow, but lots of great places to ride. There's tons of cabins and a restaurant at the trading post by the reservoir.

I like the idea, but at the end of the day I think most folks would be willing to put in a few extra hours more for say Irwin and ride better snow.

There is a ton of areas to ride though

Well, I think I'm going to put the list together at the end of this week so we can start seriously looking for the lodging aspect of the deal.

Once again, anyone that's got any more ideas or added info for a certain place post it up please.
