15" wide cammo 162 x 3"

powder coating the pro is a touchy subject due to its glued togeather design, I wouldnt even attempt it unless you could find someone to do a low heat bake, the standard bake at 400* is enough to not only melt the glue, it can also remove the temper from the aluminum, significantly reducing its strength.. also, powdercoat doesnt totally eliminate snow buildup, it helps, but doesnt stop it...

(I was told by lord the manufacturer of that glue that the heat makes it bond even better.)

Read this on another forum??? Didn't say what kind of temperatures but he did have pics of the entire sled power coated???

it does for sure..but, you have to support the tunnel very well before/during heating, so it doesnt fall apart. I still would avoid any heat aproaching 400*, it does take the temper out of aluminum...which really weakens it, they do low temp coatings, just need to clarify that is what you want...I do know someone who did coat his pro here..it worked, not sure he would do it again though...

I was told yesterday by tracks Canada that the 9116's are NO More. Looks like it will have to be the new design 9220 if we want a 162 3". Part # 9116 is gone from Tracks USA website.

True the new 9220 is a One ply track as well but lighter, It has thinner paddles and an offset to help it remain rigid.

So is it going to work with just changing the drivers? I don't want to have to put a whole new belt drive system on my 13 - a solid answer would be great. I think it will fit and guys will do it but it's going to hit and may not have enough snow evacuation. Sure would be nice if someone comes out with just an extension not a complete kit.

there are many 3 inch with 7 tooths that are working well.belt drive wont matter , the 7 tooth driver size drops the gearing nicely
