14 pro bully dog silber bogging

I bet those #'s are way off. Only 20 kits having issues? More like half the kits are having issues. I am only referring to the pro kits. An if it is only 20, y hasn't Justin sent out dobek boxes so these people can ride safely???? He needs to address the problem now and stop dragging it out. If he can't figure it out then they should be compensated with some type of controller until he does. I spent 2yrs waiting for him to download a map in my dobek box that would run. When I complained on here I got flamed by all his cheerleaders. An to this day, I still haven't been able to purchase upgrades to my kit....

You think there are 80 kits having issues? Hmmmmm no.

Add up the number of folks on here, subtract the ones who had a sled problem and are now ripping and you are at the 20 or so I quoted. They call me every day.........

You don't own a pro kit and still jump on here and try to blow a problem out of proportion. Of course you can't buy upgrades, he quit selling the kit 4 years ago.

I know Justin is doing everything he can to help the people affected. If you don't believe that and just want to be mad at somebody you can call him and leave a message. If you bought the kit from me I am and will continue to do the very best I can. I wish I had something better to say but I just don't know. If your pissed calling me and telling me your gonna buy something else I am sorry but maybe you should. Same goes with the vipec....call Bryce and tell him Corey sent you. The truth is once you have a bad taste in your mouth there is nothing I can do or say to fix it. Everybody assumes I am hiding something, my sled that rips but has something special and all kinds of other conspiracies.

Does anyone know of any issues with the mtntk kit, sure can't find any on the Internet. So what different from the silber kit: injectors, turbo, bov and tuning (even though they both use bullydog for tuning). Its funny none of there kits have issues. Kinda makes it point to something in silbers kit.

Is there a mtntk kit in Colorado anybody knows of? I would love to compare them. There are Silbers at almost every trailhead, every weekend.

I want to see one in person with the bullydog that runs "perfect"

So why does he still advertise it on his site? I don't believe that I am blowing problem out proportion. Me saying that he should stand up and give these people some type of piggyback? What happens if there is a fatality? I am not pissed at Justin whatsoever, season is over half over and I believe he should address this problem now.

I dont think he was implying that their kits are running perfect, but they sold a good number of kits this year too and there are no threads talking about the same issues we are all having on here for the guys with the mtntk kits.. What have they done differently in their tune? What type of injectors did they go with, do they have a higher quality blow off valve that is not getting jammed up? Are they running a fuel pressure regulator?

Boston, understandably you are getting tired of upset customers and endless phone calls, but we are the ones that have thousands of dollars invested into a system that was marketed as being a game changer, to find out that it is anything but. February 17th and no word yet about even supplying the "20" affected sleds with a fuel control box or asking for a data log?? Come on

I have been working with individual customers and there are people who have been trying different maps, we have tried additional fuel control boxes but remember this also have maps that have to be dialed. The buttons change only the base map. Friscospice was supposed to get me datalogs but couldn't and now we have a customer in Montana working with us. I'm sorry that I don't ask each and every one of you to get involved in the troubleshooting process but it isn't required. Even if you datalog showed a glaring problem I could not change the map.

The number if poor running kits could very well be higher than you think. Lots of guys don't bitch about the problems on forums and try to fix the issues themselves. As you do Boston, I sit here thinking about it wondering what it could be. The ball bearings leaking where the additional injectors were blocked off, the BOV, the map etc etc. All I know and I am sure others feel the same way, is I have had a pretty dismal season and am frustrated. Mine ran well the first trip other than 19psi, but then got worse. I to have checked everything Ican think of and parts were swapped between sleds. Nothing has helped. I did notice on a long trail in that the AFR was frequently at 14 plus. It just seemed with the lack of response from JS, it seemed he did not give a s it. Btw, I had a diesel shop and sold lots of tuners. Sometimes we had to return the truck to stock and try the tune multiple times before it would work properly. Who knows? The guys with properly running kits, enjoy them. They are awesome when they work.

Boston Racing...What are your thoughts regarding the BOV that came with the kit? Have you guys swapped BOV's between a good and a bad running sled?

Bryce from turbo performance already swaped a few BD with Vi-pec powersports ECUs without messing with the hardware at all and those sleds runs realy good now(check for report in this forum section), so this is telling us it is tuning/tuner capabilities issues you guys are dealing with for most.

Vipec works good.

Can't beleive your showing the world open and freely your such a bad tuner!! OMG.
Do you want to talk open and freely how you tried to get a 1000cc injector turbo mapping from us ( wich we never sent because one of your personal friend call me to warn me) days before you lunched your BD kits ? Do you realy want to go public with this story Justin? You get what you deserve right now.
Instead of trying to put us down, go back on the snow and fix your mess, there is quite possibly hundreds of person that spent thousands and thousands with you that are stuck with what we all know now and yet you have time to come on here bashing other product?
Vi-pec Powersports ECU is A TUNING TOOL, it is not a magic device, it is as good as the guy programming it.
P.s.: send me your vi-pec map(.pcl) by email and i will fix your mess and send back within minutes, of course locked!! And fully functionnal for your kits.

Are you serious?? You arrogant little prick!

Instead of slipping in like a diseased little gypsy and hacking on a competitors product you could have come on and said hi guys i am working towards a fix for the issues guys are having.

Really shows the character of someone by acting this way and confirming that your product is untested garbage and you yourself are an immature little child.

Is there a fix Justin? Please tell me your working on something cause I cant stand riding my p.o.s. Mine ran like crap last year with dobeck and it runs like crap this year with bullydog. I almost went vipec but it was half the money to go BD. I think I shoulda spent the extra money.......still holding out for a fix though cause I dont have any more money to dump into this thing. I will meet you anywhere to get this thing tuned or to have you look at it. What ever it takes I need this fixed before it kills me.

Like I say, next season will be quite a bit different for ST in the sales department. Not cool at all.

Maybe we should try for a Snowcheck special of 140 Vipecs for all the no running Silber kits. If we can get them cheap enough, I may dig mine out of the box I put it in and give it another try.

Well, this is getting interesting. It just sucks that you guys are having problems. I have been through your pain. It's not fun. Hopefully there is a fix, and it's not a fix that means throwing more money at it. I have ridden with a couple Bullydog pros and they ran good. Too bad some don't and this can't get figured out.
