A lemon that I can't fix... (2022 Boost)

You ever get this sorted out? Mine does that death bog as well, new reeds, boots, aux injectors, stock and aftermarket can, still doing it. Getting sick of throwing money at this thing.

Soim having this specific issue with it hitting an rpm limit if I throttle too quickly. I did an EV relearn and wastegate relearn and it got much better but still not completely gone. My theory (I haven't taken it apart yet to check) is that the exhaust valves are the culprit. Either the cable is stretched, the valves are dirty (not likely because I have no code) or one of the valves has come unattached. I could be wrong but i think the ecu will also default to mid position with the EV for several reasons. I just have no codes so it's difficult to pinpoint. If I find it I'll let you know. If you beat me too it please update me!

Clutching and traction/snow conditions can cause that too

I'm in process of cleaning them now. Before I took them out the bar that connects them was pressed in and the springs did not seem to push the bar back out at all. Are they supposed to? Saw a YouTube video of a guy pushing that bar in and explaining it was slow to pop back out but mine doesn't react at all.

I'll let you know how mine works when I get out, but CNS said it should be engaging @3600 rpm with their kit, mine was @4000, I put a stock 9R spring in that brought it down to 3500, now I can pin it from a dead stop with no bog on flat ground sugar snow. I swear there is a rate of RPM increase limiter programmed into these things, also I wonder if the 2022 P22's spring cups are out of spec, mice seems to require a lot of preload to get the spring cover on, next time I have it open I'll measure and compare to my 24 9R.

The bog is the same as when I put a 23 Helix is the secondary, it almost wouldn't even get up on the sled deck. 22's came with some crazy start angle on the helix (64?)

Also my exhaust valves stay in, only if I pull them out do they try to retract back towards the cylinder. Looking at the assembly, the springs look like they will pull the bar back towards the cylinder.

I found a kink in the wiring harness that fixed majority of the issues. Ironically, the problem came back this weekend, which just goes to show how crappy the wiring is in the harness. $300 later, I hope the new harness fixes it.

Lame.

Sorry you hare having isseus!

Aux injector harness?

My buddy has a 23 with issues. I told him it's probably a harness. At dealership and has warranty still. They charged him saying it was fixed under warranty once. Either polaris bs or dealership bs. He also told them to change fuel pump because it was howling like a mother. They tested everything and said it was good. They were loading it up and service guy said they have to keep it and tear it apart because pump started howling. He's had nothing but problems with this sled. Good luck with all the cheaper holdovers. Maybe they got their sh!t straight with the 25s. We'll see.

My 24 went in to the dealewr for low fuel pressure and a screaming pump. Polaris only authorized new injectors and a fuel sock. Not sure why they won't do the whole pump.

They tell me my filter sock was black and plugged. I don't buy fuel from shady sources so I have no idea what happened.

Also With all these Waste Gate relearns.. If you loose the Rubber under your pipe/// this is maybe why you needed a relearn in the first place. FYI Check if your pipe hits on your front bumper if it does your missing the rubber pad.

My wastegate cable feel out last season and the dealer replaced the entire wastegate actuator. Then it fell out on the very next ride again. I had to shim up the pipe. My sled is now running well after the new fuel pump filter sock. It has very low kms and the dealer said my sock was the dirtiest they have seen. I guess I got bad gas somewhere although my NA never has had an issue and gets gas from the same sources.
