I received my two sets today as well.

Thanks Joe, they definitely look like they should take a beating.

was the install as bad as the instructions seem to make it out to be?

Installing the bushing in the ski will require glass cleaner.

But No, I have experience with mounting shimmed ski bushings. Put the full weight of the sled in the ski bushing and position the ski in a manner that will line up the holes and get the bolt started in the ski by pushing it in as far as you can. Then turn the ski towards you to the steering stop, and put enough weight or tension on the outside of the ski to align up the other hole and push the bolt through the other side.
If you do this correctly you will be able to put the bolt in by hand.
When getting the bolt in the ski for the first time be aware of pinch points.

I installed one of the sets I ordered over the weekend. Used a floor jack in the middle of the sled, pulled the ski off , set the Isidehill unit in the ski. Then I set a 6”x6” block of wood under the outer edge of the ski,set the weight of the sled on the block until the hole lined up, pushed the bolt through the ski bushing till it touched the inside edge. Then raised the sled switched sides of the ski, repeated the weight on the ski edge. Bolt slide right through.

Then did the same for the other ski. In total probably 3-5 minutes a side at most. Super easy.

They are definitely stiffer than stock.

This is on a 2024 Summit Expert Turbo, with about 50 miles on it.

Thanks, Joe

Can these be used with any ski stance? Both spacers on the inside or outside.. or do they need to be used with the ski in 0 offset stance? Looking at them, I assume they need to be used in the 0 stance, 1 spacer on each side.

Howdy. They are made for narrow / center / wide. Does not matter.
If you put them on narrow, then the center and inner stopper are pressed on.
If center position, then just the center stopper is pressed on
If wide position, then the center and outer stopper are pressed on.

thanks

In the ordering process, I couldn't figure out how to convert to U.S.D. or does it happen automatically through the system when the order goes through...

Got mine installed today. Easy 10 minute install if you don’t try to force anything and have a touch of patience. I didn’t grind the stock bolt or use any special tools. Seems to be a quality product!

Install was a breeze, just lower sled onto your skis once dampers are installed into skis...then just wiggle skis a bit and the bolt slides right in place with very little effort.
Great product to install, now we wait for snow to test them out!!
