The local native as in Alaskan native vagrants have been replaced, actually about the only time you see one now their passed out on the side walk in open public.
Probably because it's safer then having the **** beat out of them from guys like above wearing snow shoes holding his pants up because he's not accustomed to a belt and has the IQ of a turnip.
