The jones act had a purpose at one time but as time and technology improved it became a tool to control trading to and from countries that are under the flag of the Americas to keeping them begging and groveling.
It appears this administration has another hidden agenda for it, like say shipping illegals to these shores.
Why not ? If other countries can come and go with trade goods as stated in their little pissing match, borders are wide ****ing open.
