Yamaha Rhino in the hotseat. Are sleds next?

the problem is little kids not belted in the roll cage too small. can get head caught between tree and cage. i think they are stable when used properly. i think if the machine was a little wider it would be better.

I would call that an unfortunate accident. If it was a little wider it would be a jeep! Should they be required to make it stable when used improperly? Was the machine in your avatar too "tippy"?:p

Give the model a cookie!

And a child a motorcycle/Snow Hawk.

Twoski's will be next if you parents insist on putting your kids on the sleds you forgot once scared you!

Careful.

:)

And the PUSSIFICATION of America continues....Lets not take any responsiblity for our actions, but lets BLAME someone else and of course SUE!! Last year I did a really dumbass thing on my Dragon 800, broke my C-2 vertebrae in two, had c-1, c-2 c-3 fused together. I was lucky, neck doesn't twist to well, but I'll be riding this year. Even when I was in a halo I never thought about sewing Polaris for my stupid move!

2 problems....

1- dumba@@ parents who let kids ride wheelers alone. Yes I have a kid that likes my rhino, but she is not old enough or smart enough to drive it alone. Almost all atv and ohv accidents are human caused, mostly by kids not old enough or adults too dumb to know better and the manufacturer pays the price.

2-scumbag lawyers....not much to add top that.

Agree 100% , see it all the time , two or three small kids out riding BIG four wheeler , while the parents are busy drinking at the campsite.

AHMEN BRUTHA.

I swear, it's stuff like this and calling 911 when your drive through order is wrong that makes me wish for the next ELE (Extinction Level Event)....or atleast a Tunguska Level event.........

I see those asshats all the time in my mountains...renting Razrs&Rhinos, then go out and drive them off a cliff, or in to a tree, then sue because they didn't come with an automatic "Hazard Avoidance" braking system........

heaven forbid we let the children run rampantly around wihtout holdin their hands!!

I agree...the pussification of the world cant be turned back....its gone too far.

I have a friend that lost his leg in a Rhino. He's not young, smart and college educated. Was his 1st time out, it started to tip, he stuck his leg out and it rolled onto his leg.

He got one of the attorney's that advertises and received a settlement. He said the law firm on took cases where the accident occurred on level ground with a sober rider.....

Real good friend you are telling us hes not young, smart, or college educated :D just kidding heh

Part of me wonders that the amount of accidents there are is because these vehicles typically are used more like a dirtbike, quad or snowmobile as a go anywhere vehicle when they are more designed to be used as a typical offroad road vehicle like a jeep, just smaller to fit in some of those overgrown back roads and tighter areas, they are not deisnged to hill climb, boondock, jump and sidehill like I have witnessed so many times.

Am I the only one that likes things to be semi dangerous. We have no predators people live forever now. Most of us dont have a Americas Most Dangerous job. Its nice to get the blood pumping every once in awhile that way you know your alive. Also remember life is inherantly dangerous and should be lived even if in the process you get killed or hurt. Its the way nature intended it to be all along.

My 2 cents.

I should get that attorneys' #. My first time on a four wheeler (sober and on flat ground) I stuck my feet down and the thing crawled up my legs. I thought I had done something dumb at the time but maybe Honda really wanted to kill me and I should get compensated. Maybe if they find out I'm old, dumb, and uneducated like your friend they'll give me a settlement:D

Rhino's don't kill people, people kill people. My brother took first place to the hospital in the Desert 100 this year via a life flight, should he sue Honda? Azz hats!

With the mentality of this lawsuit I would be afraid to be a knife manufacturer
can you imagine "I was cutting a loaf of bread and the knife cut my finger"
What if the guy in the above post had put his leg in the track of a snowmobile as it was rolling over?
I would say that a vast majority of these injuries are guys trying to do donut's on had ground, anyone who has used a Rhino will tell you they dont just fall over
Watercraft has a decal on it telling you not to direct the jet toward your Rectum or Vagina cuz someone did that and sued

I hate the fact that lawyer's control what a manufacturer can and can't make

Budweiser made me drink and miss work.....I demand they give me money so I can still drink even tho I lost my job. They will also need to deliver the money and beer, as their beer also gave me a duy through no fault of my own. Pizza would be nice too as the local pizza place won't return my calls after the "incident" also caused by said beer....I am teh victem

1 - People like your friend are the problem.
They see an opportunity to "get rich quick" and take it without any
regard as to what the ramifications are to the rest of society.

2 - Lawyers that pursue these cases are the problem.
They evidently cannot make an honest living litigating, so they
make a dishonest living at our expense.

I love my Rhino & plan on updating it one day, tell your friend "Thanks" for
forcing price increases to these products. Thanks alot!
