Would your Polaris dealer do this for you?!?

Thank you Derek @ Morgan Valley Polaris in Evanston!!!

Guys I cannot brag enough about the way Derek and his team there in Evanston treat me! Derek is always looking for ways to ensure his customers are extremely happy.

I am sure we have all had some pretty crappy customer service at one point or another. For me, I would drive a few extra miles to get away from the city hustle and bustle and to be treated like a human instead of a number.

This last trip to Derek's shop was due to a stator going out on my 2013 Pro 800. Derek keeps me in the loop by texting me (which is most convenient for me during work) and letting me know what is happening with my sled.

I love how honest and caring they always are with me!

Who can say their dealer treats them this good?!?

Glad to see dealers stepping up. I had a similar experience with Wellers this year. BRP had a late delivery scheduled for my fleet and once we got early snow, but I didn't have any machines, they provided me enough of theirs to get me through the couple weeks until my fleet got here. Saved my early season!

:thumb:Here's to great dealers!

Orange you glad you have a good dealer? haha, get it; you do have an orange sled right?!

Had the same type high-quality, customer-oriented service from Tom's Ski-Doo in Sierra City, California, located near the Pacific Crest Trail, about 40 miles northeast of Truckee. Mechanics Richard and Andy fixed one of my Summits in my trailer and my other Summit in their dyno shop. Those guys ride, and they really know what they're doing.

They fixed both my sleds while my son and I wandered down to the Country Store for a hot sandwich. From my experience, the Country Store hot Pastrami, Sauerkraut and Swiss is the best lunch in the world.

Had time to get in 3 hours of riding nearby at Yuba Pass. Lovely day, many thanks to Tom's crew!
