Apparently these recycled bumper cars, powered by Japanese motorcycle engines, are street legal and were spotted just outside San Diego, California. Tom Wright, claimed builder of the vehicles, rescued them before reaching the scrapyard. Previously owned and operated by the Long Beach Pike Amusement Park, the rubber baby buggy bumpers are now capable of an electrifying 160mph.
