Who has an 860 in there 07 Rev?

Got BJ's 860 kit in my 07 XRS and it is way stronger that it was last year in stock form. The acceleration is so much stronger that the sled wants to pop out of the snow like a jet ski does out of water. I have had to regear the sled up 2 teeth on top and 2 on bottom just to prevent the clutching from shifting out so quick. Very impressed and the fuel mileage is similiar to stock. I have a 09 146 XP as well and the 860 will destroy it in a straight line but I won't be able to test them in the hills until the 20th. Definately a performance improvement.

What kit are you running and how does it compare to a well setup stock 800r Rev or XP.

BJ Dynoed the 07 and XP,s a said the 07 makes more HP and torque,Differances are bend in pipe .Intake boots and Black box. ,He lists the HP on both Rev and XP,s /4 hp more on 07. comparing a stock to well setup 860 is same as 600 to 800. the key is well set up. most do not load the engine correctly.

I run an SHR860 in my 07 and it does not compare. Like Frog says skis just want to say in the air. Last year I put heavier springs in the back (on the stocker) and it was fine climbing chutes but now I gotta find a different setup for sure... Rolled her backwards in a chute last weekend I did not think it was that possible! Most impressive is the broad range of torque this motor has, no more "flipping" the throttle in the trees now its just feather nice and easy!
