Which backpack to buy?

I ended up getting the klim nac pack, ranger creek ranch had 1 left up on the big horns. It was short enough and the pocket set up is really nice. I might have to take the shoulder straps in a touch (it doesn't get quite tight enough)but that isn't a big deal.

Thanks for all of your help and suggestions!

I bought a Black Dimond. It has all of the mail features for shovel/probe ect really good fit feel and size. The best part for me about this pack ins that for 220 CAD @ MEC you can get it with the AV-LUNG. Some people may not like this system but my thoughts were it cant hurt to have as an extra tool in the tool bag.

Again I figured great valus and a way to have an extra saftey system without spending 1000 on a ABS pack.

5 years ago I woulda rec'd a snowboard specific brand like Dakine. The sled specific brands are now right there in terms of material quality. And they are designed for sledders. I have a Dakine Heli-Pro and I'd trade it in a second for any one of these TNA, HMK, Klim, Fly, etc. packs that others have listed.

Dakine makes a great pack, don't get me wrong, just a buncha features in it that I as a sledder don't use, and that space when designed by sledders is used better for when riding sleds.

I really like my OGIO Patrol pack. Shovel placement saved me from breaking my back when I flipped into a tree a season back too. Just dented my shovel. ;)
