TB don't recall asking you, when it comes to pointing out stupid things I might recall something about a should I quit my job thread recently.
I hate to get in the middle of this, because certain people on this thread are guys I consider friends, but, why is it that when someone comes on here to ask a simple quetion anymore, he gets bashed? I don't know the original poster, but I do get the impression that he wasn't trying to stir the pot at all, just wanted an honest answer.
I don't mean to sound like i'm getting in anyone's face, or meaning to sound harsh or ignorant, or anything. That really isn't the point of this post, or at all what i'm about. It just seems like lately, you ask a simple question in here, and within ten posts, someone jumps down your throat about something....
To reply to your original question, Tbw, i'd say that no matter the situation, i'd say you did NOTHING wrong here. I've been in the other guy's shoes. It's his fault. Even if you DIDN'T signal, it's still his fault. Typically, it's always the person that is in behind that is responsible for the care and control of his own vehicle. Say you jam on the binders to avoid a little kid, of a dog or something, and someone rear ends you? You are completely not at fault....
