I like the Phazer idea.

I would taper cut the back of the hifax at a 45° to help the track ride up on it when pulling it backwards.

Where did you get the seat cover for the Phazer? Very nice job on the clean up of that sled. My son is only 8 months old but have a couple of Phazers for him when he gets old enough. Heck, I like to ride them.

The Phazer looks awesome. Just completed this project. Hope the pictures come up.Two sleds for the Grandkids for Christmas. Transformed 09 550 Shifts from 121 to 155. New tunnel, replaced the tracks and suspensions with take offs from 07s

That is a sweet cleanup build. I've got an '05 you could polish up for me! If ya got a boy that's younger, you could just paint the pink red when she upgrades. I bet she loves it. Did you do the graphics all yourself?

Thanks yes she loved it.... all we did is match her helmet and add the flames to the hood.. and nope the boy is older but that's ok. I also got a new polishing toll that makes it fun and quick and it was reasonable priced.

Here is my little guys 120......I just bought it from a friend at work...he did all the mods.....long tracked with quad snow track(way more track on the ground),single slide rail to fit track, tunnel extension,motocross bars.Sled has clutches and exhaust also.
Does this thing ever go through the deep snow !!
Just need to get a helmet for the little guy now.

Oldest (8) started out on a Polaris indy sport 340. I just bought him a ski-doo 1999 380 in brand new condition. He has mean spirit and is very tall and strong for his age. The problem is he only weighs 63 pounds. once he gets some weight I will bump him up to a larger sled. He floats every where my Long track goes. Must be nice. Now my middle will run the 340. he is 6 and built like a brick s house. Youngest 3 runs my sled with a little help. got to hold on when he is driving, you just never know when full throttle is coming. I wouldn't buy my kid a 120 just because it is a parking lot sled. can't go any where for distance with the regular sleds, or at least I can't ride that slow.
