What would you do?

cough cough I hate the freaking trails I was lost for 14 months in timber lakes one time.

That can happen. Especially in white out conditions.:eek::eek:

Sorry to hear Kev, that must have been terrifying.:D;) Holy crap, 14 months? Dang..........

If my wife said her and her co-workers wanted to go for a ride, no problem. She knows the country here that we ride in and isn't to aggressive on a sled. She climbs smaller hills and goes at her own pace. Over the summer she asked me to teach her how to carve in the deep powder this winter so I will teach her just as soon as my sled is fixed. If your wife knows the area well, she should be good.

Funny thing is I would love it if my wife wanted to go on her own. But loading and unloading would more then likely kick her butt. :D:beer;

We as guys like to go and get away and so do the girls. I may ride 5 to 10 times a year without my wife and that's it. She is usually right there with me. Like GirlPowder and Sledhead UT, there is something special about riding together and watching each other progress as riders.

I do see your concerns as I would be a nervous wreck sending them out and waiting for them to get back. And the advice GP gave was the best tech advice I have ever seen here on Snowest, teach them how to get unstuck and how to change belts and general maintenance. I am even a little guilty of remembering that they are adults to and can figure it out, hell I did.

Girlpowder good posts!!!!!

LOL! I've been reading this doin this ^^^......interesting topic. I agree with GP's last statement.

I live by the rule "IF MAMA AIN'T HAPPY...NOBODY IS HAPPY" My wife wants to go out by herself I say have at it...Ill hook the trailer up and even gas and oil em. I have had her load the sleds in the past just in case she had to do it alone. Unloading out the front of the trailer isn't easy but she would figure it out. Get the info just like I give her when I go out...Where ya going, who is going, and when should I be worried if your not home....

But I also live by the rule if I cant afford to buy it if I break it I won't borrow it.
