what to do polaris cant fix my sled

All except the 1/4 throttle cutting out, it does sound like a classic fuel supply issue, either filter or pump. It seems a little strange that at a 1/4 throttle it will not pick back up and at 1/2 and at 3/4 throttle it will, but maybe it has to do with which set of injectors it is running on.

Jet fuel did you have a part number and a picture on the pump you found at the auto parts store?

I just got back into town, I'll try and get some pics and part numbers up for you as soon as I can.

The sled that gave us these problems has an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator with a gauge on it(turbo'd sled) so when it gave us fits the problem was easy to spot. When it would died and be hard to start I couldn't get more than 10 psi, then as soon as the fuel would jump to 50psi it would fire right up but bog and cut out. Changed the pump out and worked fine.
