For me, the under hood bag is a no-brainer. Having goggles and gloves that are dry and WARM sounds great. I've wasted more money on junk for my sleds that had no merit, so I have no issue with something that'll make my day more comfortable.

Polaris came out with a water resistant liner that goes in the underseat bag. 2878733. works really well and only 20 bucks..

Off topic, sorry, but I see you're water level is about the same as mine - if I try filling to the line it always overflows. Everyone else in the same boat? Mine's a lot more discolored than yours tho! New sled or you ride in perfect conditions all the time?

Can you ride all day with items in there, or will it melt the items eventually?
I would like to keep my spare goggles/gloves in there all day.
