F*#*ING COWS WERE DROPING CALVES ALL OVER THE PLACE THIS MORNING, COULDN'T GET AWAY. LOOKED LIKE IT WAS STILL SNOWING UP THERE TODAY. HOW ABOUT AN UPDATE ON DRIVING TO WHITES RIDGE?

Any snow at the snow park?
3-31-10 Tampico
SummitRMK and myself went up today. Had a good day, but didn't find the almost 3' of deep stuff. Some pockets were better snow than others, some kinda sucked. Then hooked up with member Tampico and his son. Bo found a nice hole in the bottom of this little bowl. Actually bent his ski permanently. A hard hit for sure. Not a bad day by any means, just a little dissapointing we didn't find the super deep. Blue sky most of the morning then later in the day it started snowing. Snowed all the way below the snow park, but not really sticking. We parked above the snow park at the berm (what's left of it), but several rigs drove up the road to unload. Yes there patches of dirt for the first couple miles.
Our side hill tracks all the way over to the Superbowl.

No new snow today as of 4 pm. Did drive to Whites Ridge to unload,but the road got soft in the afternoon. Could be interesting trying to get up there if it snows tonite. There isn't much room at the parking lot, again pretty soft snow

4-3-2010 The best snow all year. Everybody that went up knows what i'm talking about. Those of you that didn't......Man did you ever miss out! Sunday might not be to bad, but it wont be anything like today was. Although there will still be alot of untouched snow.(Especialy on the fun hills on the slopes from Eaglesnest to the bottom of the Superbowl) There was not any tracks in the Superbowl. Ther are huge snow drifts and huge cornices every where. Lots of stucks every where, even on flat ground. The snow was awesome from Treephones up.
Now for the bad. About 2" of snow at the Snow park when I unloaded at 8:30 am none when I got back at 5:30 pm. There were trucks parked all along Middlefork from the Snow park upto Whites ridge rd. There was a little better snow coverage on middle fork than on Wed. Unless we get more low elevation snow next weekend we will all be parking at Whites ridge rd.

I'm so glad I cancelled on ya'. My back feels much better, not having to lift sleds all day. LOL

Thanks for rubbing it in. Next Saturday, I'll be putting money down on my new Pro RMK, so I might have to make my ride for Friday or Sunday. We'll see.

SUPER BOWL
Best ride this year! Made it to the "SUPERBOWL" around 4:00pm Saturday. We dropped in and you were right, no tracks at all. Sure wish we had taken extra Gas. Didn't get to play much, having to bust out the top. Our group was 3 sleds, 2 2010 xp 163 clutched,and 1 2007 xrs, not stock, all sleds came out the shoot on the 3rd try. The other guys are up there again today, all I can say about that is BASTITCHES.....
