I know how you feel. It sucks but hey the best advice on here is to stay the hell away. I mean, if she really wants to talk or whatever then fine do it (you must always be a gentleman and take the high road no matter what). However, if she just wants to pull your strings like a puppet and you allow it she will walk all over you and/or you will be in the "friend status". Time heels and unless you are a real jerk or cry baby you will be fine. This is all you can do and don't self destruct- if you don't care about yourself then no one will care about you- on a relationship level theres always friends/fam. Chicks are kind of security blanket freeks and territorial creatures of habbit if they could lock you away in there heart they would just to help them cope with the possibility of hurting another. You will be stronger because of this in the long run. Stay busy and you will be amazed how time passes. I bought the sled in my sig and met some amazing people since my breakup. I have more time and money than I have ever had at 31yrs great health, no kids or bills and a great job- I have to pinch myself sometimes. And just think I felt so bad as you do now- it gets better. I still date and have fun you never know there are so many girls out there-

Ya ive been doing alot better....hopefull il go back to work next week and that will help tons.
I did pretty good about leaving her alone, but took some of your advice about when she called and wanted to talk and I was there to listen....
We went to dinner tuesday night, it went alright.....she called about 20 min after I left and said she didnt know why she was calling, just missed me.
The next night we went up in the hills and wheeled around in the snow, parked and she had alot to say about everything.....how sorry she was, how depressed she is, how shes only happy with me, how the whole time she was being a huge b!tch, how she wants to be with me for the rest of her life and wants to start going on dates to make sure we can get along and rebuild our relationship. took her home, that night she called me to say how much she loves me and goodnight and asked if i would go with her to a friends cabin for the weekend with her.
the next few days she was real nice to me, lots of cute texts and what not.
Friday came and we headed up in the hills (about an hr and a half drive to the cabin). Got to the cabin, had a great night, boinked her a few times, she cried alot telling me how happy she was and was so excited to work this out.
Saturday night we go to the bar to have a drink......a girl sent me a text "hey what are you up to".........SHE FREAKED OUT, asked me to take her home, said I had to leave, I called her a really bad name and now were back to square 1.
The good part is im doing just fine without her, cus everytime she does this to me she does me a favor by ruining the last few feelings I have for her.
