Everyone on here who seems to not agree with Team2 seems like they received the grey rep as I have as well. I guess I must be in the wrong to want my money back after 4 months of waiting as well? It must have also been my fault that they were hard to get a hold of and never returned the phone messages I left, and got my Postal Code wrong the first time they tried to send my order out, and, and, and, aw man who cares anymore..... Somehow it was also my fault that I gave them money and never received my items, let alone a tracking number to ever proved it ACTUALLY left their door on the way to me in the first place. After Team2 messed that up, they lost interest in getting it to me at all or responding to emails on time so I had to ask for my money back. Still waiting like the rest of you. In the doghouse cause it was an order of Slednecks gear for the girlfriend as a Xmas gift. She keeps naggin for another gift, but I'm waiting for my money back to buy her it already. Thanks for letting me be one of the last one's Team2, more grey or red rep for me. I'm sure it's still my fault somehow and I really should be sympathizing with you after all the time that has went by and weeks of supposedly getting the check in the mail by the end of this week, or the next, or the one after I suppose? I must be at the bottom of the list??? :mad:
 
i found this puke on www.raptorforums.com it looks like he took everyones money to buy moto x gear to sell. he is sixsixone on there . this guy needs to be put down

So now you are mad that you have been caught on more than just snowmobile forums? Unreal.

And for the record, a sale involves a transaction, not just money being paid and you screwing them over after that.
 
Way to repeat yourself. I dont give a care what anyone has to say. We have been sending refunds just like we said we would and if you do not like it, do not buy from us. You guys are just giving us constant publicity on here. Maybe you guys should go over to dootalk and start posting too. Long story short, we got fu****, so many people got affected unfortunately. Maybe this post will get us banned, it really does not matter if we are on this forum or ANY forum.

Why isnt anyone posting on dootalk? If everything that is said here by people WHO ARE NOT involved with us, then why can't you also post it on dootalk?

I am still amazed that even after bigd posted not to post something unless you actually have experience with this situation, why people feel their need to post continually.

Your OPINION, is YOUR OPINION, do not get on here and bash us unless you know the situation. You guys that have no experience THINK THAT you know what is going on when in reality you have no idea.

Then you have people who get on here and say oh you are going to lose your suppliers etc...We are NOT going to lose our suppliers as they already know the situation since I have spoken to them directly.

I will NEVER back down about what actually happened and we will continue to get the remaining refunds sent out.

I am NOT going to send you a refund check. You have already been credited back by your CC company and due to your relentless posts, pm's etc...I am not going to give the edge of "double-dipping", EVER. In my opinion, that is worse than the guy who thinks he can order something, have it delivered, not have to sign for it, then can file a chargeback saying he never got the product, when in reality he got it, and got his money back. Refunding you when you have been credited by your cc company is straight up fraud.

Yep, so are the people who get on here, and post like they have experience with us when in fact, they do not.

I have sat back and let these people take shots for the past month and a half and I am not going to sit back and say nothing.
 
who ever said i wanted my money back again? why would you want to cedit me back 2 times. no wonder your not in buisness anymore. instead of saying you would credit it me 2 times just credit some of these other peeps back there original amount. you just don't make sense
 
why take the money in the first place if you can't deliver product?

i haven't had a single complaint against me. probably in part because i won't take money for something unless i have it and am able to deliver it. just a thought for your revised business model!

Have you ever stopped and thought about the fact that the snowmobiling community is rather tight knit and there's not many degrees of separation?

No, I haven't bought, I mean, had you steal any of my money and sure as hell won't. Why? Reading what you've put dozens of people through on here, and riding with one of your "customers" that had to threaten a call to the ND State Attorney's office to get any action out of you after nothing showed up.

Quit acting like a complete dooshnozzle, man up and either deliver product or pay these people back. If you can't, quit lying to them.

You got hurt by a customer....that pain, is being felt by your other (good) customers...As a business person, when you are floating on thin margins and you get hurt, the last thing you can EVER allow to happen, is to let one customers sins impact your other customers...which you have let happen...

I have only stepped in as a Soldier was impacted, and I will walk through fire before I let one of our soldiers walk across the pond, bitter, distracted, and frustrated about how is own people are treating him, as he needs to be focused on ONE thing while in the sandbox...and that is protecting US, yes even you!!!

So, several of us have stepped in to ensure this young man has regained faith in those whom he is over their risking his life for...

ethical business people, will do everything in their power (whatever it takes) to ensure their good name is preserved...

Age old proverb: A good name is to be desired more than gold or silver...

Why in the he!! does Snowest still allow this azzhat to advertise, (for free mind you), and continue to screw people over like this for 1+ yrs???:confused::confused:

For the record, I have NEVER used T2 for anything, nor will I ever because of having read all the crap these guys have done!!! Thank you SW for giving us this avenue of info, but really it's time to loose this jackazz before he screws any new and unsuspecting members here.
 
Ok here some of you are again, posting without reading EVERYTHING first. We posted several times how people ended up paying and we could not deliver the product or get a refund out yet. For those of you who do not like to read, we have been in fact getting these refunds sent out. There are not many left. Now, some of you ask, why have they not been refunded yet? Well, when our processor puts between $25-45k on hold, you use up your business savings to ship out orders, then you are stuck with nothing to ship out the rest. Now, we will get this money back in 2-1/2 more months but in the meantime, we can only send out these refunds as fast as we make money right? Right. Like I repeated myself before, some people have got their money back via chargeback because they could not wait any longer. And most have gotten a refund check. The rest of these people will continue to get their refund as well.

and again....you have made your business problems your customers problems...they trusted you by giving money orders, checks, credit cards, and you failed to provide what they requested...then you have failed to provide them a refund...

at the end of the day, they are excuses...nothing more...

Get enough people mad, and they WILL push things...hint....(not a threat) but not giving people what they paid for, and then refusing to (regardless of curcumstances) refund them is not just a business inconvenience, but could potentially be criminal...and if you pushed people hard enough, since it is an internet transaction, could be considered a federal crime...and if for instance you owed someone $1000 or more in credits...it jumps to another category...

Just a few thoughts...(and yes, I KNOW what I am talking about)
