team2 refunds ???

Why would you ship product that your customers didn't pay you for??? You are so full of chit you stink!! Quite wasting our time with your BS and go find a new job......

Have you ever noticed that Team2 keeps adding different ingredients as to why he is such a douche bag...t keeps making the same thing....BULLSH!T!!

We shipped product for a month and a half that customers paid for, we just have not seen a penny of it as of yet. So they paid, our old processor has the money on hold that they paid, therefore we used the money saved to ship those products. Therefore, how could we send refunds when all of these funds are held? Cannot take out new loans when you have lines of credit etc...We are not a 10 year old company with 10 million dollars. Thanks for the douche bag comments. Give me a break.

NO breakes douchbag, the orders you received in the past are the only breaks you'll see for awhile. Nobody gives a flying F about your problems with your processor, again quite wasting our time with your lame excuses. I'm starting to get pissed off and I've never ordered anything from your lame azz...glad you don't live down the street!

The people who need to get refunded DO NOT WANT the products, they want a refund due to this situation.

This is incorrect in my situation. Team2 keeps avoiding the fact they got my address wrong, and then basically forgot and put off trying to resend the item back to me. All I asked for was free shipping for this mistake and still got no response. Ended up just telling them to send it no matter what and still no response. Got fed up and asked for a refund, then all this BS started with the credit fraud issue. So really, two separate issues. They just pass the blame that their service sucks on their crappy answering machine being based off their computer, and still don't do anything about it anyways. They don't seem to like to fix problems when they are found and admitted? That's the reason I won't be dealing with them again, they KNOW their faults and issues and show no interest in fixing them either.

I DO understand mistakes happen, but Team2, your not dealing with them professionally and assessing the problems with solutions, just passing the blame and hoping people forget, or that new customers come in not knowing any better. Your number one business resource is repeated customers that you just lost since you started over this issue.
 
I have not read this whole thread, just some replies here & there.

I've tried to be objective & non-judgemental realizing that I obviously don't know all of the facts.

At times I've even felt a bit sorry for "Team2", thinking that bashing him may just be the "in thing" to do.

Here's the conclusion I've come to.
This forum is a conduit to many, many snowmobilers.
A perfect medium for peddling snowmo related products.
Best of all, this advertising is free of charge.
Here we learn that free of charge does not mean at no cost.
The benefit of free advertising comes with the vulnerability of instant, public
customer feedback.
One must remember some basic rules of retailing......
The customer is always right. (if you agree to take their money, it has to be on their terms)
Perception usually becomes reality. (most on here perceive he has questionable business behavior, meaning this is no longer a lucrative conduit to coveted prospects)

That's my 2 cents, which since it's Sunday, I'll provide for you free of charge!:D

Also there are a few other vendors coming on this thread to bash Team2, you know who you are. Looking in from the outside on this makes me wonder about you when you start calling Team2 names. I know there are a lot of great people to deal with on Snowest and some come highly recommended. But if those same great people come into this thread and name call Team2 you look like a less honorable company/person as well. At least in my eyes and I'm sure a few others as well. Everyone has a right on this forum to chime in to any topic but if you sink down to this level you are now also in the wrong.

Howz about the vendors coming on this thread to help customers out? The vendors that are giving free merchandise to T2's customers that got screwed? Some of these folks had disparaging words for T2. I believe, rightly so. It's the "one apple spoils the barrel" syndome.


Do they simply get the negative light you want to shed??

It's easy to voice your opinion the way you see the situation, without regard for whomever you speak of........

Had a team of big Malamutes for many years...the females always stood by in a good fight and once the other dogs fighting were at a stage there was going to be a clear winner the females jump into the frey with the apparent victorious dog to share the spoils without the initial risk...i guess i see similarities...so i do see some merit in your thoughts..

Hmmm is that so... well I kinda don't see what either of you two are talking about considering this guy has screwed ppl out of their hard earned money and use's BS excuses that make NO SENSES what so ever..."My Prossesor is holding my money" HUH? Smell's like BS to me!!! You would F...ing know if your prossesor was holding your money if you balanced at the end of everday with your bank!! So think what you want about me and my comments i work my AZZ off everday and make sure that MY customers get there parts that they order! If screw someone's order up I take responsibilty for it I don't blame it on other ppl!!!!! THEN I FIX IT!!! It is guys like Team2 that make it hard on me and every other person on this forum to sell their parts!! YOU don't have to buy parts from me just like you don't have to buy parts from Team2 but at least now YOU know NOT TO!!!!!

Oh BTW I am the dealer who sent AbnRangerM7 the Klim to thank him for his service to our country!! THANK YOU AbnRangerM7 my cousin was a Ranger in Vietnam and lost his leg serving this country. God Bless

I must say though, the particular female you have decided to attack in your utterly chauvanistc and antagonist way is not exactly the type I would accuse of these type behaviors.

As a matter of fact, if I had to liken her to something in the animal kingdom, it would be more along the lines of a lioness.

You know, the one that goes out, does all of the killing, feeds the pride, runs the show, and caters to the fatass male that lays around all day licking his bawlz... you're familiar with them, right?

ah....no...i fed my two cubs myself since they were 8 and 10...had two businesses and drove 160 km each school day to get them back and forth to school...so sorry...i can;t relate...but i probably had a bad tick ,,,

I know that some vendors stepped in and helped out a fellow Snowester and a person of the military and I never said that was a bad thing did I? Yet why did they come on here and bad mouth another person/company to whom they have never met and never personally dealt with? That was all I was talking about. There are a lot of people that have had problems with Team2 and they have every right to post what they want about a company/person who they have dealt with. But I find it funny when another company comes on and name calls them.

BTW MotoPsych-o I did have a order with Team2 last fall. I ordered about $200 worth of 509 goggles and gear. And yes I did have a delay to get my stuff and in the end it was made right. So I believe I have some knowledge of who I speak of. But thanks for your opinion:D

Michelle, We already know you guys stepped up and helped out AbnRangerM7 which was a very noble thing to do (there is another thread on that very subject). AND I have not heard one person on Snowest that would not deal with you again. From what I have heard you are a first class person/company.

But what I was getting at was that you came on here name called and bad mouthed Team2 when you personally don't know him or have never dealt with him or his company (unless I'm wrong on that and if I am please correct me). I know you have talked about your vendors having problems with Team2 but that is their situation to deal with not yours. Why not just take the high road on this situation and help out AbnRangerM7 and leave it at that?
