team2 refunds ???

Your OPINION, is YOUR OPINION, do not get on here and bash us unless you know the situation. You guys that have no experience THINK THAT you know what is going on when in reality you have no idea.

Hmm, lets see... Both sides of the story have been told... Paying customers have not received product or refund.

You have told your sob story about how you had a fraudulant purchase which put funds on hold.

Paying customers have nothing to do with your financial problems yet they are getting the run around because of it.

Pretty self explanitory to me.

Good luck with your dying business team2... These forums can be a great benefit to you, or the exact oposite.

So, you can't give people their money back, because NEW customers aren't buying product. WRONG! That should make no difference to exisitng customer whom you owe money to...douche bag.

Ok here some of you are again, posting without reading EVERYTHING first. We posted several times how people ended up paying and we could not deliver the product or get a refund out yet. For those of you who do not like to read, we have been in fact getting these refunds sent out. There are not many left. Now, some of you ask, why have they not been refunded yet? Well, when our processor puts between $25-45k on hold, you use up your business savings to ship out orders, then you are stuck with nothing to ship out the rest. Now, we will get this money back in 2-1/2 more months but in the meantime, we can only send out these refunds as fast as we make money right? Right. Like I repeated myself before, some people have got their money back via chargeback because they could not wait any longer. And most have gotten a refund check. The rest of these people will continue to get their refund as well.


Well I am still waiting for my check!!!!:mad: and as soon as I get my $830.00 I will be glad to respond to this thread and let all to know you made good on this... You have told me 3 seperate times that the check will be sent out. The last time you pm'ed me saying the check will be sent out on the 10th of April.. Well no check in the mail today.. Maybe tomorrow.. Maybe Friday?? Maybe????

Actually that IS how it works. Business' always try and get paid before they pay their suppliers, hence borrowing less. My guess here would be that T2 is under capitalized and does not have the resources (ie line credit, friends, family, house) or is not smart enough to use the resources that he has to get himself out of this mess.
As for lying about sending out cheques? From what I have read I would bet that is the sign of an (mostly) honest person not knowing how to get out of the hole that he dug himself into.
 
^^^ Ever heard of the saying, "don't write a check your a$$ can't cash?" Same goes with selling products - have the product or cash, but don't rely on new business for cash flow - it's called a reserve account, for times when you don't have new business coming in.
 
I heard from a little birdy that a certain fella in this thread will be receiving a full Klim setup... FREE OF CHARGE!

all of this from a DECENT dealer... who just feels bad about the situation that has transpired. It just goes to show that some folks still remember who butters their bread!

Hey Team2, here's a great idea! Why don't you actually send the products you supposedly sold to these people and then you wouldn't have to worry about getting them a refund? What a concept! Seems to me you need to find another line of work outside of the powersports industry all together. This clearly isn't working out well for you.

And no, I have never bought anything from you, and I never will because of what I have seen on here. I'm not sure what is worse, hearing of these people's terrible experiences with your "business" or seeing how you respond to them. You need to realize customers are your bread and butter. Without them, you have nothing. Funny how that works.
 
Started my business with no Capital. Credit cards and, OK, a few dollars in the bank.(Not Thousands). Got paid, paid creditors, and built from there. Sacrificed to take care of all clients. Delivered what I promised. Now, I have what I believe is a solid reputation. I grew up in a small family business, your word is who you are........

Anyone interested in this statement is strongly urged to contact Klim, Boss, WPS, and any other wholesalers that may be involved.

The response I got got from them was a bit.... um... contradictory.

As a side note, wouldn't it be a swell concept to speak to the paying customers "directly"?

Exactly.... The little birds I have spoke to had a differnt thing to say.....

Team 2 is toast.

All his suppliers are going to hear about his shady business practices and cut him off if they havent already. Doing business with a looser like Team 2 will will have a negative effect on thier reputations, he's done.

Karma sucks team 2 you will see.

Again, some of you like to speak before you read these posts. The people who need to get refunded DO NOT WANT the products, they want a refund due to this situation. No it is not their fault or their problem what happened to us, the only thing we can do is fix it as fast as we can. Say what you want, the refunds have been going out. As far as our suppliers go, say what you want again. The only rep we no longer have is KLIM. We had a ton of inventory that did not move, therefore we returned it and therefore we are no longer a Klim dealer. Not a big deal. We had no choice but to send it back because all of the people who were buying klim gear from us, we have not seen a dime of it, therefore, we had to send it back to avoid oweing them money. Can't pay the bill if your shipping product and not receiving the money for the product you just shipped. Have a great weekend.

Why would you ship product that your customers didn't pay you for??? You are so full of chit you stink!! Quite wasting our time with your BS and go find a new job......
