team2 refunds ???

BUT, EVERY issue we did have in the past, we fixed one way or another.

YOU SAID THE EXACT SAME THING BEFORE I CONFRONTED YOU ABOUT THE MONEY YOU OWED ME! IF YOU JUST BLOW OFF YOUR CUSTOMER(me), HOW CAN YOU GUARANTEE THAT YOU HAVE FIXED EVERY PROBLEM/ISSUE? YOU CAN'T!!!!!!!!!!!!! You must just forget about them or hope that they won't see your posts. You told me yourself over the phone that you had/have a few other people that take help with the transactions, shipping, and customer service. Unless you are overseeing their work you have no way to verify what they're doing and that customers are being taken care of. If you were overseeing their work I wouldn't have had to go through this ****.

I explicity told you over the phone when I sent the carbides back that YOU owed me money back for return shipping and you gave me your word that you would send it. I even wrote it on a note and TAPED it to the carbides before I shipped them back to you. Low and behold when the correct carbides come back(finally), there's no re-imbursement money for return shipping. At that point I gave up all hope because I'm not gonna harass somebody over $10 that they owe me, if they're that ****ing low that they won't give me my money back unless I constantly nag them then it's not even worth it to me. If you can sleep at night knowing you've done this to people and you have no conscious then by all means just keep on doing what you're doing. If you ever want to run a reputable business you will recognize your mistakes instead of sugarcoating it and telling 1/2 truths.

What a fu(king joke.

Your going to sit here and say that we never refunded you for the shipping now? No we did not ship it with the carbides but guess what, we DID refund you for the shipping.

So shortstop20, Did you get your $10 back or not? If you did how long was it after he did not have it with your carbides? A week, A month, 6 months?

Just wondering as your post made it sound like you never got the $10 back.

I did eventually get it back after 2-3 months. Like I said I just gave up after a while and then somebody started a thread similar to this so I told my story in that thread and finally got my money back.

I never said anywhere I didn't get my money, I said earlier in my first post that I did get it, just that it took WAY longer than it should have.
 
How many times do I have to retype what actually caused this whole issue? If you chose not to believe it, that is up to you but I guarantee that is what caused the whole issue. If it were possible to post financial documentation and the info we got from our processor due to the situation etc...TRUST ME, it would have been done a long time ago. In the meantime, the rest of the refunds will be getting sent out just like they have been. I am not saying posting about a company is a bad thing, it is a good thing for legitimate scammers etc...If it had been a scam, do you think I would continue to be on here defending what happened? What would be the point?
It is possible to post financial documentation and info. Take a picture of it and post it on here or copy and paste the writing! Ill have to see your proof before i ever buy anything from you.
 
He knows it is possible, but if he posted it, we would all see what a worthless POS he is and how much he has tried to rip people off. He sure hasn't had a problem posting all his adds trying to sell stuff...

When will you people learn... Has there not been enough threads about the shotty business this idot is running...

Sorry, but I have no sympothy any more... YOu ahve all been warned, not once, not twice, but like 100's of times....
 
The thing is itds not new customers complaining, they are still the original ones who got screwed. I still have sympathy for these people, but no sympathy for a company who is ok with taking money, not giving product in return, or keeping their money for no reason for months at a time.

open a Word .doc
Right click in Word .doc
Paste
Save as file type of your choice (rednumbers.jpg as an example).

Here's one for ya...Was talkin to one of the Boss boys today and mentioned that they needed to get on Snowest and let ppl know that they are lowering their seat prices next year...(YEAH!!!!!)Then i asked him what he thought about this Team2 Guy and if he had any problems with him this year...Holy CHIT he went off about how he can NEVER get him on the phone and he has a seat sitting there for a guy who paid Team2 for it but Team2 never paid Boss and this guy has no money and no seat.....HMMMMM this sounds like not only is Team2 screwing regular customers but he is screwing his distributers too. Um note to self ....Team2 I don't think your a Boss dealer anymore or a Klim dealer for that matter Oh and I am working on WPS Cuz this is BULLCHIT!!!! You need a new job dude you SUCK at this!!!! Customers come first and if you haven't figured that out yet then you need to QUIT!
 
ya i talked to the klim rep a month ago and he said that is pretty much done with klim. if wps gets pulled hopfully it will be the final nail in his coffin.

LOL, nothing like getting someone pizzed....when they aren't involved. That's when you know it's bad.

I really don't get how Team 2 is still in business. Why would anyone "attempt" to buy anything from you? I never have, never will and neither will anyone I know.

I've seen thread after thread about shady business practices by T2. Why so many refunds? Get another job dude, your done!
