team2 refunds ???

Wow, another negative thread about team2. Too bad there's a couple million other customers out there that don't know about how they can get screwed over too. Glad there are way better suppliers out there on this site that are worth buying from, OTO performance for one, awesome!

Were getting the checks out, as soon as I get off the internet. But I must defend my honor instead of doing whats right, and returning the money.

Hey Team 2. If you actually got the refunds sent out, you probably wouldn't need to spend so much time on the forum. You should try it........

i got a fedex number

i do have faith im going to see a check .......... Mike left me a message saying it was sent ....and gave me the fedex tracking number ... il keep people posted . thread stays till the money is in my jeans

Everyone knows that we had people from dootalk to refund as well. But if you have not been following up on those, they have ALL gotten their refunds not to mention countless others here on snowest. I am well aware there are still a few from snowest to be sent off which will be getting sent off soon. And as I mentioned about mountainlife (the person who started this thread) his refund is now in the hands of fedex which can be verified by his tracking #. Say what you want, but as mentioned before we could have just walked away from this and started over online etc...But we DIDN'T. We have been getting them off just as I mentioned would be done.

You guys can sit here and run your mouth all day long. At the end of the day, we have been getting these refunds sent out just like we mentioned. How many of you said we were not going to send any or whatever else you felt like saying? As I mentioned at the beginning of this thread, we still have some to send out but we are going to get them sent out like we have been.

Part of the reason it has taken so long is because we had literally hundreds of orders during the time our account was on hold therefore we shipped a ton of those orders and till have not gotten a penny but there were also many that did not get shipped because we never got funded. Now I know what you are going to say, use the money that is saved etc...We just started up last year and what money do you think we used to ship out the other orders? All of it! So yes, we had a lot of refunds to send out and as I metioned before, I also mentioned to many of these people that they couldjust file a chargeback and get there money back almost immediatly. Some people did, some didn't because they trusted we would mail a check. And guess what? That is exactly what we have been doing. And now that this problem has occured, we no longer are getting alot of orders like before, actually pretty much nothing so sales are really slow.

Its pretty fu**** sad that because some jacka** decided to use a stolen credit card on our site that it caused this many problems. I apologize for this jacka** decision but since our processor locked up our funds due to this, I am sorry but there is only so much that can be done. If you guys think that I am just taking the money that comes in for other things, you are completely mistaken.

don't blame anyone but your self for going out of buisness. tell us again about that crazy story you told me about the guy in south america (or where ever it was) that ordered 25 complete motocross out fits boots helmets and stuff(or whate ever the amount was) and he claimed you never sent his stuff out. he probally wasn't lieing about it

It looks like he is trying to run a business without any operating capital. Can't be done. It starts out selling products that are not paid for, takes order money and use'es it to live on. The bills come in from the supplier, pays them with the new orders coming in and on it goes. This is not a business plan, but a very good way to go broke and leave a lot of good people as economic casualties.

This doesn't pertain the Team2, as I have never dealt with them, this pertains to Deggerdown's comment.

Sounds EXACTLY like a snowmobile company that I worked for last Fall. I won't say the name as I am better than that. They tell everyone about how their problems are the fault of everyone else rather than looking at themselves. The customers always lose as I saw time and time again. This company was selling products that they hadn't even produced or tested (other than prototypes). This company was selling products that weren't even produced at all, and weren't going to be for weeks. I also saw money that was coming in, was used to pay for personal things, as well as material for products that customers had paid for weeks or months prior. I saw distributors giving down payments, and then the company only shipping partial orders. They gave the distributors excuse after excuse. The biggest red flag to me was that I was told to charge the customers credit card right at the time of the order, rather than waiting until the order gets shipped. I tried to setup a sales order process (a sales order was created at the time that the order was placed) so that when the order was shipped (thus creating a invoice at the time of shipment), it would show up as a revenue on the books (at the time of shipment), however I was told that I was wrong...blah blah blah (I was hired for my knowledge in business, and told I could implement business related practices into the company).

That's what he said last time and then I jumped him about my refund and suddenly there were still a few refunds(mine included)that needed to go out. Team2's posts are like fairy tales. Nobody believes anything in them. :rolleyes:

Then a couple months after that he PM'ed me out of the blue and said he'd give me(wait for it)..................




.........FREE SHIPPING if I bought a set of carbides from him. Whooooopty ****in' dooooooooo. :rolleyes: I didn't reply back but I wanted to say "You ship them out and I'll send the money in 3 months."

Unreal that this thread is still going on. You do not hear any of the stories of how we made right on these issues we have had. Now I did mention, we still have some refunds to go out. BUT, EVERY issue we did have in the past, we fixed one way or another. And this is no different. This thread is absolutely pointless since 99% of the people posting on it have NO EXPERIENCE with us so if you choose not to buy from us, it is your decision but posting your opinion on here is worthless. Why not just give us a call and voice your opinion rather than give red rep or post on here where no one can see or hear you? Does it give you a better feeling posting something on a forum where you get praise from other people you cannot see or hear? Pretty sad if you ask me.

Let the onslaught of comments flow in from people who have NO EXPERIENCE with us or from situations we have fixed. Where are the people now who posted like crazy that they did not get a refund and then like magic "poof" they are no longer leaving comments...Makes me wonder why?

I have no experience with you and it will stay that way BECAUSE people posted on here. Thats the reason people post on here and keep these threads going so that other snowesters dont get screwed out of their hard earned money. Free market economics, 1. you screw your customer, 2. word gets around, and 3. you go bankrupt.
 
This post would be great if we actually screwed someone however yes we had an issue due to something that happened to us, it completely caused a large problem and we could either choose to fix it or close our doors and say forget it. Its a no brainer to fix it and make sure we get the refunds out to those affected and thats whats been or being done. You can choose not to buy from us, but the term "screwing" people out of their money is the wrong term to use when we have been getting refunds sent out. As mentioned, we are not some company who started up with $5 million dollars worth of inventory, instead we are a company who started from nothing and this issue caused above and beyond a small problem however the part that matters is that we are resolving it.

In response to what you think is lied about, I was speaking in regards to what blu du had said because there were a few people on dootalk who needed refunds. When I said they ALL got their refund, that meant EVERY person on dootalk has been refunded. Then later I said that there are still a few to send out. Those are a few here on snowest. So can you explain to me what the lie was now? Thanks for your help.

Unreal. Why do you divide who gets refunds based on sites? Why not give everyone their refund right now? Is there any cash in the register at your store? GIVE THAT TO THOSE WHO NEED IT.

I have a better idea for explaining a lie. Please just come clean with what you are really doing, i think all the people that got hassled by you deserve a real answer.

You call us out for coming on this site for looking for input from other people. Thats what this forum is all about. You are not forced to come on here and do business, nor are we forced to come on here. But we come on here looking for information about this sport, whether it be tech, who to buy from, or just things in general. If you honestly think you are one of the dealers on here that DESERVES green rep, you would already have it. Thanks for the red by the way! Mature.

How many times do I have to retype what actually caused this whole issue? If you chose not to believe it, that is up to you but I guarantee that is what caused the whole issue. If it were possible to post financial documentation and the info we got from our processor due to the situation etc...TRUST ME, it would have been done a long time ago. In the meantime, the rest of the refunds will be getting sent out just like they have been. I am not saying posting about a company is a bad thing, it is a good thing for legitimate scammers etc...If it had been a scam, do you think I would continue to be on here defending what happened? What would be the point?

Guess what, you run an online business and;

1. Your clients could give a chit less about you or your business problems, they only care about price and that they get there product.

2. Your problems are not there problems, nor will it help to keep playing defense, that only drives potential clients like me away.

3. Taking three months to give someone a refund is a crime, you are lucky someone has not charged you with theft by deception.

Why would you waste another second of your time playing defense on this stie, you are only driving prospects away, go see if your local bookstore carries a "online business for dummies" book and read it carefully.

This is not rocket science, really is it? If I were one waiting more than two weeks for a refund your azz would be in trouble by now!
