doooolerious...remind me never to go on atv ride with you. everytime you go on a ride, somebody blows a corner...scary stuff, glad your ok...slow down!
whit...the whole burandt thing is interesting...if i had to pay to do it again, i wouldn't...with that being said, if i had somebody else's money, i would do it again. your a cat guy, so you would feel pretty comfy on his sleds, i wasn;'t and now i want one.
as a whole it was fun, but not worth the money in my opionion...it was just different. the terrain was nothing special. we have the same stuff here, if not better...some things that bothered me were
1. if you couldn't keep up, you had no clue where the heck he was going.
2. if you didn't ask, what is your plan, where are you trying to go, then you were lost all day long. he would go somewhere, and you didn't know if you were supposed to follow or not...kinda ackward...
3. it was a late start everyday...they would get back on work on the sleds, wake up and work on the sleds, then work on the sleds somemore.
4. if you weren't a cat guy, they would let you know it...
5. im sorry, but tree riding is tree riding, the northwest is full of tree's...do you need to fly to colorado to ride in some tree's?
6. if your into hill climbing and banging chutes, and big open play area's...don't go, you don't really get to do that...refer to number 5
7. it's expensive...
8. your riding at 10,000 feet...im fat and out of shape...need i say more
pros:'
1. the food was great, the house was nice, if you took a buch of folks and had the house to yourself, it would be sweet. they feed you breakfast, then dinner, then they leave and you have the place to yourself...chris isn't there 24/7 he goes to his own house to sleep.
2. valadation: this let me know where i was in my riding ability...a couple of times it was him and i waiting on the "others"..i asked.."well how am i doing?" his reply "your here and they aren't"
3. he does show you a thing or two about how to use the m series sled, a few things that my ski don't wont do...a few things that made me want a new sled, but not worth justify the cost...
jason...if you have a couple thousand laying around wasting in your pocket..go for it, if not...don't...
oh you must have thick skin....you can only listen to a 19-20 year old kid trying to give you so much crap without wanting to slap him...(his cohort and a$$ kisser sahon)
oh if you enjoy hanging out in a shop that is full of co2 smoke, and looking at sled parts, and looking at sleds with their hoods up and a guy constantly working on them....then this trip is for you...it was boring at night for me, because i don't feel the need to wrench on things all the time....
